** Renting Saturday to Saturday during the Summer ( 7 Nights ) ** Shorter stays are available during Off-Season ** Inquire with your dates ** Relax and enjoy the mountain air at this lovely Victorian Home. This a Lakefront Property. You do NOT have to cross the road to get to the water. ** This is Lake George Waterfront Property ** Yes , We are ON The Lake ! Our home is situated on land , not IN the water ! It is still a Waterfront Home ! Also , We DO NOT charge a cleaning fee ! Please read ALL of our feedback for an overall fair idea of what we offer . If you have special needs , Please ask those questions PRIOR to making a booking request, not after you commit to a reservation. We have several families that return every Summer and are very happy with the accommodations we offer.
The home has a lovely sitting porch , a large living room with 4 sofas , 1 Queen sleeper, a large eat-in kitchen with plenty of cabinets. Owner is licensed realtor. There is a Bathroom and a laundry room off of the kitchen. There are 5 Bedrooms upstairs, and a guest area, each with AC, and a Flat Screen TV. We have a total of 8 separate beds . 2 King beds, 4 Queen beds, and 2 twin bunk beds. There is a Full Bath Upstairs as well. The lake is about 100 yards from the back of the house . Lots of lawn for outdoor games. The boathouse is next door on a separate lot that is accessed by a natural footpath. Please Inquire if you have any questions.The pictures will tell you more !

Family getaway at the Lake

Had a wonderful time in Ticonderoga. Rob and Patty were terrific hosts. The house and propery were very well kept, and we loved hanging at the boathouse. The kitchen was well stocked, and the living room was large but cozy, with plenty of room for our group of 9. The beds were very comfortable. It was a great family vacation!

Family Memories

Great place to gather up the kids and grandkids for fun activities and making memories. Rented a boat for tubing, water skiing, fishing, exploration.

Hidden gem

We were greeted by Rob and Patty on our arrival and given a tour of the property and were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities inside and out we over packed a bit not knowing what to expect or what to bring but they provided everything you could ever need from paper goods to bug spray they had it covered a nice welcome basket with snacks and treats for the kids nice touch! they had plenty of bath towels as well as beach towels the dock area was clean and water was beautifully clean and warm !! we had 8 adults and three kids 2-12 and everyone had a wonderful time even in the afternoon storms plenty of room for indoor entertainment and not feel like your tripping over each other!! thank you again for a great week look forward to seeing you next year Fred-Lisa and family

Awesome Quarantine Vacation!

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was great with plenty of room for everyone. The lake was SPECTACULAR. Close to everything but far enough to relax! Thank you for sharing your home! We would not have changed a thing! We hope to see you again!

Exactly what we needed

We had 5 couples come in a for a fall wedding from across the country. The house was fantastic for us and worked perfectly. Our host was great to meet us and explain everything. The sticky notes were helpful. Thank you!

The Tiroga Point Town Beach ( Free Beach ) is about 5 minutes from the house right down the street. The Snug Harbor Marina ( Boat Rentals ) is less than 1 mile from the house right down the street. The Wind Chill Ice Cream Stand is about 1 mile from the house right down Alexandria Ave. The Ticonderoga Golf Course is about 5 Minutes from the house. The World-Famous Historical Site Fort Ticonderoga is just 5 minutes from the house. The center of the business district is less than 1 mile from the house ( Montcalm Street ). Here is the center of town with Restaurants, Gas Stations, Liquor Store, Nitelife Cafe's, Laundromat, Stewarts, Motels, Cake Shop, Antiques, Store Fronts , Bicentennial Park , Shops. The Walmart Super Center, Right Aid, Tractor Supply and NAPA are 5 minutes from the house . The Launch Site to Lake Champlain ( Free Launch ) is near Fort Ticonderoga about 5 minutes from the house.
