About this property
Adirondack home with guest cottage on Northern Lake George
Our property is part of historic Rogers Rock club, uniquely situated on shore of northern Lake George adjacent to the famous Roger's Rock slide regularly scaled by rock climbers. Our cottage nick named Pine comes with little pine guest cottage for private accommodation of a large group. Both buildings have expansive screen porches with lighting and seating to enjoy lake views and fresh air. The pine is beautifully finished and furnished has 2 bedrooms (king and queen beds) and loft (twin bed), 2 bathrooms with showers, modern fully equipped kitchen with granite countertopp and beautiful grate room with two couches, cathedral ceilings throughout, skylights and majestic stone fireplace. Little pine has two bedrooms, a kitchenette, and one full bath with queen size bed and futon in one bedroom and 2 twin beds in another bedroom. The Rogers Rock Club members share beautiful lake front with abundant decking/seating, swimming area, breathtaking views, antique club house with a pool table and ping pong table. The club grounds are park like and include two clay tennis courts. Great hiking opportunities abound, Cook's mt, Roger's Rock, Prospect mt, Tongue mt to name a few many offering incredible view of the lake and surrounding mountains. Historic town of Ticonderoga with shopping, museums and restaurants is a 10 min drive away. Tired of exploring lake visit Fort Ticonderoga, mount Defiance and other local attractions.
Note, only 2+ week rentals are eligible for docking of boat under 22'
While our two cottages combined sleep 10, the club limits members to 8 guests present at shared waterfront at any given time to ensure all members and their guests can equally enjoy piece and beauty of the lake.

About the host
Hosted by Boris Karpman
Engineer. Live and work in Connecticut. Married 30 years. Two kids. Love outdoors. Fell in love with Lake George after island camping trip repeated for 10 years. Purchased this property after thorough search of Northern part of the lake.
Why they chose this property
The property is the perfect outdoor lakeside getaway in one of the most beautiful spots on Lake George in a community called Roger Rock Club (feel free to look up book about origin of this association on internet). The club grounds are at the base of the dramatic cliff called Roger Rock with spectacular views of northern Lake George. You are also only a 3 minute walk to the gorgeous shared association waterfront with in your face view of Roger's Rock. At the waterfront you will find a ping pong table and carefully restored antique pool table in the association club house called "The Casino". Choose to relax on the Casino veranda, in the shade of majestic trees, or on the expansive docks. Another 2 minute walk and you reach two clay tennis courts. Casino club house also has wireless internet. To ensure that our guest fully enjoy everything Roger Rock Club has to offer we kindly ask our guests to read and follow our association guidelines for using various shared amenities all described on one page titled Principles of Behavior included in the Little Pine Cottage information binder.
What makes this property unique
Walk 2 minutes through park-like grounds to the gorgeous shared association waterfront with a sandy beach and in your face view of Roger's Rock, play ping pong or tennis on the association tennis courts. History buffs will surely enjoy visit to Fort Ticonderoga with 2000 acres of beautiful landscape, daily and special events and reenactments, guided educational tours, and fantastic museum with one of North America's premier collections of 18th-century military material culture.
