My lovely studio is conveniently located right on the 5th avenue of Playa del Carmen, just a few blocks away from the white sandy beach. Enjoy the beautiful breath taking views of the ocean while relaxing on the rooftop pool. In Playa del Carmen beach bars are perfect for stargazing and sipping exotic cocktails, while the many famous bars and clubs are great for dancing the night away to Caribbean music.

We stayed in 201 for two weeks over Christmas and New Years. The suite/ building had good amenities. Great location. Rooftop pool was nice but showing its age. Would stay here agin!agewasnicbutshowing

Adorable, safe, perfect location!

I really loved this place for a female solo traveler! Location cannot be beat. Far enough from the Mahem but close to everything including right next to 5th and near the beach! One zillion delicious restaurants within footsteps! If u are Vegan or Vegetarian you are in luck in PDC and at this little studio because there is so much to offer for eating. Right on the corner is a fruit and veg stand Super cheap and fresh juice for 2 a bottle! AMAZING!! If u need your laundry done there is a place up the street in one day they did mine beautifully folded smelling great for 7. I can say that this place was my little paradise and Icela was super responsive with all I needed!
