All cancellations incur a $150 Cancellation Fee, the Security Deposit Waiver, and the Booking Fee

This was such a cute place and so peaceful. It was well decorated, updated and stocked with all the kitchen stuff needed. I was very pleased. It had two separate suites which was awesome. The beds were super comfortable. The location was fantastic just minutes from the beach and being able to walk the golf course trails and neighborhood was bonus. Definitely recommend this place!

Very Nice Place

Upon arrival, the condo was cool, clean and well stocked. We were able to thoroughly enjoy a much needed, comfortable & relaxing getaway. It was reasonably priced & conveniently located for all the things we wanted to do.

Clean, great layout, nice beach and golf decorations, everything you would need for short or long stay. Very short drive to Sunset beach. Turned out friends of one of our family own a condo in the exact same building so getting to hang out with them was a great bonus.

Affordable Family Friendly Vacation Condo

The condo was spotlessly clean and supplied with everything we needed to make our vacation as enjoyable as possible. The condo is spacious with plenty of room for our family of 4 to spread out and relax. It's close to the beach, great restaurants and not a bad drive to Myrtle Beach, SC either. We enjoyed our stay tremendously and will most definitely be back.

Nice stay , comfy beds , quiet relaxing condo! Kitchen well stocked with dishes, pots, pans. Perfect for a group of 8 including young children . Short drive to Sunset Beach and Calabash for delicious seafood . Grocery stores and gas stations in close proximity.

Nicely decorated and clean!

Had everything we needed with nice screened in porch with view of the golf course. Very quiet and right across from one of the pools on the resort. Really enjoyed our stay. We accidentally locked ourselves out of our unit after office hours and management had us right back in withing 45 mins. Very responsive and helpful. Convenient to both sunset and ocean isle beaches.

Family Vacation

We enjoyed our stay at Sunset. The Condo was clean and well stocked. I would suggest getting a different mattress pad. The ones used were plastic and we could hear them every time someone moved. We also got locked out for around two hours due to the lock not working. That was replaced and the rest of the trip was great. Would stay again!

Two Week Stay in Sept 2021

Unit was not clean upon arrival. Floors, countertops and patio were all dirty. We spent the first two hours cleaning the unit before we brought our belongings up. Definitely not what we expected, especially during COVID-19. We’ve stayed at Sea Trail since 2011. This was our first rental with Affordable Large Properties and we were not impressed.

Simply Amazing Getaway

Our family of six came to celebrate my husband and I’s 18th Wedding Anniversary as a family. We were blown away by the property as soon as we walked in the door. Everything was so beautiful. The description of the property did don’t do it justice. It was spacious and well decorated. This vacation was one of the best we’ve ever had. We are definitely looking forward to coming again. Wish I could have stayed longer. Only complaint would be the activity center hours were posted in the room, however, they were not being followed. Said the pool area was open at 0800 but they didn't open until 1100. Once it did open, the tiki bar did not open on time either, and when it did, it was first come first serve until they ran out of product. Area was great, room was great, comfortable stay and awesome location. Close to multiple beaches and other things to do.
