Great locale, lovely facilities, well appointed kitchen.
Pin code access is excellent and handy for a group. More than one key for the gate would be great.

Tom's place is in the "golden triangle of Port Douglas". Everything is an easy walk away. The place has everything you'd want to have a lovely holiday. Great beds, lovely indoor outdoor flow, and a well appointed kitchen.
I recommend that you book restaurants that you particularly want to dine at, eg Salsa, Melaluca, Nautilus, Zinc (which is literally across the road) well in advance, like 4 weeks before going! However, we did get very early walk in opportunities in places.
The pool is lovely, and it's really nice overlooking the pool so you can time your opportunity to have it to yourself.
