Little Lincoln beautiful home

This is our first apartment that we put on airbnb when we move back to the U.S. We love the location and we love this apartment. It is a big space for a one bedroom where kitchen, dinning and living room has it's own space. When we lived there, we used to coddle next to the stove and watch a movie, and then decide to share the beautiful place with our guests so they can also have a great place to stay in Maine.

Completely Newly Renovated 1 Bedroom Private Apartment Located 1 Minute Walk From Maine Street In Brunswick (Downtown). Great For Anyone Looking To Visit Or Explore Brunswick Including Bowdin Parents, Potential Students, Vacationers. Welcome To The Little Home On Lincoln St! We have hard wood floor, granite counter top, big island bar, you can also invite your local friends over to hang out and have dinner together, you will have enough space!

Great place to stay

Simon was very easy to communicate with, the place was clean, the bed was quite comfortable, and we were right by Main Street in Brunswick which made for easy access to food and things to do. Wonderful place to stay!

Wonderful place

Nice little cottage, lots of sun, great layout, full kitchen which is so important to me, and less than a block to the commercial center! Plenty of parking, easy to unload and load my car, only a step up or two into the property which was perfect for my very small dog.

Terrific downtown location

The hosts have done a great job of making this property beautiful and comfortable. Cozy beds, comfy couch and room darkening shades. There is plenty of natural light and all rooms are very spacious. It’s a very quiet neighborhood and a short walk to all that downtown has to offer. I will definitely be booking this again.

Perfect Location

My wife and I stayed at Little Lincoln in July of 24. The location was awesome, as you were just a very short walk to Main St. The apartment was very comfortable and clean. My wife has allergies to scents, and the hosts were very accommodating with this, and made sure that all linens were scent free. The only drawback was that the bed was very low to the floor, but very comfortable to sleep in. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay in Brunswick.

We had a wonderful stay with our two kids and dog while visiting family in Brunswick. Definitely pet friendly and bonus that there is a pet store at the corner of the block where we walked to get treats in the morning. Able to walk to Brunswick Maine street from the location. Host was accommodating and communicative throughout. Will likely be back!

Perfect Spot

This is the perfect place to stay if you are looking for a bit more room and kitchen utilities than a hotel. The location was so convenient, and walkable to everything in downtown Brunswick. Simon was quick to respond to any questions and kept the grounds clear of snow and ice even on Christmas day. He is an excellent host! Thank you Simon!!!

No heat in bathroom. Had to get electric heater which draped over the sink, major safety issue Gas stove in living room did not work Electric heater in living room were ineffective so addition space heat was needed. Only room that was warm was bedroom. Minimal lighting in living room. Workmanship of recent construction marginal. Clearly kitchen was reconstructed but cabinets were not finished. Bathroom vanity not secure

Highly Recommend Staying Here!

I can't recommend this place enough. The first thing that I noticed when I walked through the door was how clean and airy feeling it was. The house was the perfect size, with a bedroom, main living area, kitchen (with nice/new appliances) and bathroom. I also loved how close of a walk we were to the main street of Brunswick, which was about a one to two minute walk. The overall location of this house was also great because Portland was just a half hour drive away, so it felt like we could see other parts of Maine without driving too far of a distance. My boyfriend and I were in the process of moving from California to Maine and Simon was very helpful in making any recommendations to us to familiarize us with the area. He was also very responsive and overall it was obvious that he cared about his guests and their experience!

Sasyna and I relocated back to Maine where I grew up with back in 2017 after we brought our first home in Brunswick, it's listed as Little Lincoln in our profile. We had being hosting in Shanghai, China for 8 years till 2020 we lost all the listings in China, but we were glad that we are able to provide more for our guests in Maine over the time.

We've traveled a lot of the countries, we love traveling, so we understand our guests and we are dedicated to host all the guests over the world. We renovated all our listings and Sasyna always tried to decorate the interior homy and cozy so our guests can feel more home. Most our listings have washer and dryer, if the space allows, we always try to provide more convenience for our guests.

Other than hosting, we also love our pet, we are animal lovers, you can see that we host pets. We have a really cute Shiba Inu called Woody, one of our listing's wifi name is "Woodythecutie", lol! We brought him all the way from China, we believe they are family members. Our recent interest is vintage motorcycles and interior design, if you have the same interests, welcome to share your passion with us!
