Sanibel Holiday requires an applied deposit of 20% of the base rent rate plus all rent taxes plus the non-refundable $50 reservation fee which totals $55.75 with the required Florida taxes. This totaled amount will be charged by Sanibel Holiday to the credit card provided. Your final payment amount is collected by SH and will be reduced by this charged amount. ***Please be aware that our island is still going through recovery. All public beach accesses are open, there are approximately 24 restaurants now open, as well as a few shops including Jerry’s Grocery. The Causeway is currently under repair with 20 m.p.h. speed limit. Expect traffic delays coming on and off the island. Neighboring homes and condos are making repairs so expect noise, trucks & equipment at your property and throughout the island. Construction noise from interior work in adjoining or nearby units. Some amenities in your complex may be closed. Pickle Ball & Tennis Courts construction will begin 12/4/23 with a targeted completion of 3/16/24. Estimated Elevator completion date for Building 2 is 3/6/24. ***The pool is now open.***

This is a ready for the beach unit at a family-friendly 168-unit complex with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and an updated kitchen. The unit accommodates up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom & 2 full size beds in the guest bedroom. (Please note, there is not a sleeper sofa in the living room) Everyone is entertained with 3 TVs, DVD player and Wi-Fi. The screened-in lanai provides an angled view of the nearby beach. For your added convenience the owner provides beach towels and access to their storage locker which is stocked with 4 beach chairs, a large umbrella and beach cart. Additional amenities at Loggerhead Cay include: a community heated pool, gas grills, shuffleboard, tennis courts and direct access to the beach. Loggerhead Cay is located a short distance from the Sanibel Causeway as well as shopping and restaurants on Periwinkle Way. This is a non-smoking property.

Fantastic experience, location and weather!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall could not have asked for much more, the location is amazing, the beach is beautiful, the pool is amazing and super close. The only negative was I had forgotten how hot it was here in mid July, I mean I knew it was going to be hot obviously but the heat index was over 105 every day, night time lows almost never got below 80 and the A/C in this unit did struggle to keep it cool, I was nervous with it running almost constantly just to maintain the temp for ~72 in the unit.

They had everything we needed for our stay for the week from a fully stocked kitchen to plenty of beach accessories and towels. The location was also perfect, a quick walk to the beach and easily accessible for parking. The owners were very responsive and friendly during the booking process as well. We will definitely stay here again!
