Comfortable 2 bedroom Villa located in the Heart of Santa Teresa Town, up the hill, inside "Paradise Hills" Gated Community.
The simple tranquility of the mountains, along with the amenities offered by the house will be perfect for a relaxing holiday in Costa Rica.
Casa Majestic accommodates 4 persons. Has a terrace, where you can enjoy the most beautiful ocean view or simply have a drink at the private swimming pool.
5 minutes (1 km) to the beautiful white sand beach, surfing spots, shops and restaurants. Since the house is at the top of the hill a 4x4 vehicle (car, quad or boogie) is absolutely needed.
2 bedrooms (2 en suite) and 3 bathrooms. Each room with AC and ceiling fan.
Fully equipped kitchen. Satellite TV, Terrace with dining table, couches, professional pool table and bbq grill.
Plenty of open space, sliding glass doors to the pool across the house, Lounge area to relax in the terrace and enjoy stunning sunsets all year round.

Gorgeous View

My husband, 8 year old daughter and I stayed at Casa Majestic for 4 nights. The house is clean and pictures are accurate. It is equipped with the basics only, so be sure to bring what you think you may need. You must have a 4x4 to get to the house. As others mentioned in their reviews, the hill is very steep and rugged. Most people traveling up and down the hill were on motorcycles or 4 wheelers. We ventured down the hill once a day to explore the area etc. (Montezuma Waterfalls, Manzanillo, Santa Teresa). Super Ronny 2 was very convenient for snacks, drinks etc. for the house. We really liked having our morning coffee, reading and taking in the views each day. If you are looking for a nice place to enjoy peace and quiet, then Casa Majestic is it.

Beautiful villa

The house is spectacular. I read reviews that stated you don’t need a 4wd vehicle. That’s completely wrong, it’s crazy challenging roads to get to the place but with 4wd it’s drivable. It feels like you are in the Wild West. Pick up groceries and supplies in cobana before you arrive. You need to pick up anything you need including oil, spices and paper towels etc. It can be a bit noisy as atv’S are zipping by. We totally enjoyed our stay. Amanda was very quick in responding to inquiries and very helpful.

Great house at the end of the world

New, clean house. Great view. BUT very difficult road that absolutely needed a 4X4 and experienced dirt-road driver to access. 15 minutes from Santa Teresa, straight up!

Loved it!

A phenomenal view from a great property! Tucked up atop a hill, outside of town, Casa Majestic is a bit of a trek, but totally aler it if you’re wanting to be or of the hustle of town. Up and down a couple of times and it’s really a fun drive with so much scenery to take in along the way. The kitchen is very well stocked with all of the essentials which was great for us as we love to cook at the house after fishing. They have everything you’ll need. Amanda was amazingly helpful and always available. It’s great to have a hostess like her when traveling :) The house is nice; simple, yet offers all of the amenities we needed. The pool is fantastic and the ocean view from the pool is stellar! We would totally stay again.
