We enjoyed a relaxing BBQ Friday evening after a dip in the pool.
Saturday it was a great home base for hikes, visit to the resort center and downtown main street. Close to shopping!

Nice place. Shuttle to skiing was easy. Hot tub great!
One of our guests really snores, he had the downstairs. Quiet for everyone else.

Had enough space for the number of people in our party. Is close to Kimball Junction and Olympic Park. There were a couple of things that need tending to: No light in refrigerator, pots/pans could use an update (some broken), back of couch in main living room is broken, laundry detergent pods were on top of plastic shelf drawer in basement all gelled together in water. VRBO was description was accurate - the space seemed very used and could use some updates.

Although the frame on the sofa was broken, we made sure it was still usable and comfortable while we waited for the new sofa and love seat on order... and they have arrived! The home has some updated kitchen items as well. Having a private hot tub to soak away days of fun, comfortable beds and a perfect location have made this space a guest favorite. Overall, it is a spacious and comfortable option for a Park City family get away.
The overall cleanliness of this townhouse was horrible at best. You would think that all the cleaning fees we pay for these rentals would go for cleaning - Not! The property management personnel will not answer the phone either, communicating via email only. Complaints fall on deaf ears and no resolution is offered, only excuses. I could go on and on………….Good Luck!

We're so sorry to see a 1-star review for such a lovely home, especially knowing it is simply punitive. The home was fully cleaned, sanitized and made ready for the guest with photos and an inspection prior to check in. Unfortunately, the guest's behavior was rude, harassing and threatening with false allegations of issues at the home and demands for compensation. If as much effort was put into enjoying the home and the Park City getaway as was to gain undue refunding, the guest would have had an amazing stay. This home has so much to offer with its space, amenities and perfect location. We hope this guest's sour demeanor will not deter future guests from enjoying a sweet vacation in this lovely home!

The location was great. It fit our family perfectly.
Furniture was broken. The master shower has lots of mold. The kitchen floor had not been swept when we arrived. The hot tub is very loud. There is a minimal amount of towels/washcloths. The property is falling into disrepair.
We had a fun time but would not stay at this property again.

We're glad you stayed with us, Kevin. We never heard from you during your stay. Our housekeeping company has a 100% guarantee so if there's ANY cleanliness issues, we would have sent them back immediately to fix the issues. We also would appreciate an email explaining what's broken as we have been in the home and no furniture was broken or in disrepair. It's important to report things when you find them since we don't stay in the home and don't always know when things break. We provide enough towels and washcloths for one per guest. There's a washer/dryer available in the home for your convenience. This home has never had an unhappy renter before and we regret you had a less-than-perfect experience. We would have happily remedied any issues if you had let us know when you were staying there.

Pretty much as advertised.
The place was pretty much as advertised. I thought it was a bit tired and not as clean as I would have liked. The heating was very uneven, top floors warm and lower floor very cold.

With rising heat, it is very typical for a basement level to be cooler than an upstairs level. The good news is that the lower level of this home has a warm, cozy fireplace for cool evenings. Prior to your stay, the carpets were professionally cleaned and the home, itself, was provided with a deep clean to prepare for guests. Pets are not allowed at this home. It is possible that shedding from a jute rug may have appeared to be what was believed to be pet hair. We will certainly verify.
