The rumpus room is a delightful space for families to spread out and is adjacent to the outdoor entertaining area. This room also has a TV.
Five bedrooms, family bathroom and en-suite and walk in robe to master.
Opposite the beach track to the beautiful north facing Silverleaves beach - just a few minutes to feel the sand on your toes.
Carport is double size.
