Close to Whole Foods, Trader Joes, Harkin Theaters, and many trendy restaurants. Beautifully maintained property. Unit is in the front and has the option of curbside unloading of bags and groceries. Just steps to the Club House, heated pool, and Hot Tub. Internet included and 2 TVs. 3 month minimum.

Great stay!

This was a great place for the two of us and our Boxer. We had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. Great neighbors. Close to shopping. Day adventures, Walked daily around the complex and beyond. Margo was great. Any concerns she took care of right away. I will definitely love to stay again . Thank you Jeff , Karen and of course Kona boy!!!!

Fabulous 3 Months

This is a 3 bedroom unit that is close to EVERYTHING!! Accessible parking right next to unit after grocery shopping and covered stall just around the corner. The owner was so accommodating!!!! Margo is/was awesome to deal with Unfortunately, with the Coronavirus happening, the many Happy Hour locations were closed. The facility has a great pool, hot tub, and grills that are very close. This is the first time we rented from this owner and would do it again!!!

The location is in a perfect spot of north Scottsdale. You are very close to a lot of things but it’s also a quiet and relaxing. Easy access to plenty of restaurants and the highway. Would definitely stay there again.

Why they chose this property

I was very attracted to this property for the beautiful landscaping and attractive Club House. Only after the purchase did I realize what a perfect location this was in. In attending homeowners meetings I found the homeowners is really active in keeping the property in excellent condition and easy to work with.

What makes this property unique

The split floor plan and shared common room are features I really like. I love being a front unit so I can unload my groceries before going thru the security gate. The sofa and Beauty Rest mattresses are unbelievably comfortable.
