Spectacular views!

The amazing views from the living and bedrooms are breathtaking, day or night! Scotty greeted us, made sure we had everything we needed, and was very easy to reach at any time. We did have a couple of issues (an HVAC issue, and the oven wouldn't work), but Scottie was on it instantly to do all he could to minimize any inconvenience, even though our visit included both Christmas AND New Years! It is a bit of a walk down to the beach, but it is down hill, and only takes 12-15 minutes to walk. We didn't want to climb back up the hill, but taxis or Uber only ran 60-100 pesos ($3-5 US), even with four of us in the car! And if you are lucky enough to be there for a holiday, there is no better fireworks viewing location in the city! We would definitely return!

One of the Most Beautiful Places We've Ever Been!

My wife and I stayed in room 1005 for our honeymoon this May and absolutely fell in love with Avalon and this condo. The views from this unit are the best in all of Puerto Vallarta! You can see all of downtown PV and the ocean. The room is immaculately appointed and extremely comfortable. You won't want to leave! If you are forced to leave the condo, Avalon offers many top notch features one would expect from a building of this caliber. This includes two beautiful pools where you can sun bathe and swim while enjoying amazing views. There is also a state of the art gym for those that like to exercise! We highly recommend Avalon and this condo!
