Perfect house for a large family for 10 days

Hosts were great and house was perfect for a large family of 7 staying 10 days. Close to subway and shopping. My kids loved how close we were from 7-11. Highly recommend!!

Great place to stay

Location was great, near a train station that's only one stop from Shinjuku. Lots of cute little restaurants nearby, as well as a full laundromat. The place was very big versus what we expected, 4 bedrooms with 7 beds, full kitchen bath and 2 toilets.

Spacious and relaxing home

We loved our stay at this property. The neighborhood was very quiet and the garden very beautiful to look at while enjoying morning coffee. Spacious house in a great location

Close to a station and many shops, the house has lots of room. A 24 hour laundrette and great local cafe are nearby. Good written instructions made using all the different appliances easy. It was nice to get a tour of local shops as part of check in.

The house was spacious and extremely close to Sasazuku station which is one stop away from Shinjuku. The house was clean and had plently of ammenities. K and his sister were gracious hosts and picked us up from the station to show us around and explain house rules. Highly recommend!

An oasis of calm in Tokyo

This quiet, light-filled, spacious home was an ideal Tokyo base for our family of 5 adults. We appreciated the central location, with easy access to the subway and short distances to many key attractions. We equally enjoyed having such a comfortable, peaceful place to retreat to at the end of a busy day. It had all the appointments we needed and our host was friendly and responsive, with helpful suggestions for local dining and supermarkets. We highly recommend this home and would happily stay here again.

One of the best parts of our trip

We absolutely loved staying at K N's place during our trip to Tokyo. The location was fantastic-- quiet, safe, and close to the subway as well as to shopping. We loved how Sasazuka was easily accessible to all the sightseeing we wanted to do in Tokyo. The home itself was extremely comfortable, well-maintained and had everything we needed. More spacious than we expected! A true gem of a place, we would 100% stay again!

Excellent location, spacious accommodation

This accommodation was perfect for an extended family. Plenty of room in the bedrooms, and space to move in the kitchen/dining/lounge area. The location is very good, with plenty of shops and restaurants in easy walking distance. The local station is very close, and it is quick to get to Shinjuku station. The host was very quick to respond to any queries we had. We would recommend this accommodation to others, and would choose to stay there again if looking for accommodation in Tokyo. Excellent.

Location: Excellent! It was quiet and peaceful, which was just what we wanted. We felt like locals and didn't have to fight the crowds in the touristy areas. No bright lights, no noisy neighbors. Very relaxing. The location was easy to get to from the train station, which was an easy 4 minute walk. House: exactly what we needed, with every comfort and amenity provided, including chopsticks, paper towels, tissues, soap, shampoo and even toothpaste! There were ample beds and bedrooms for our family, and the desks in each room were a nice touch. The host had written directions for how to operate everything and had labels in English for all the cabinets and panels. The only complaint we had was the mattresses, which were a bit uncomfortable, which is the reason for 4 stars instead of 5. Otherwise, it was a wonderful stay and i highly recommend!
