Pros - Great location and nice size unit. Comfortable beds. Nice building. Cons - Overall decor was drab and dated, master shower was tiny, hot water issues, toilet didn’t flush properly, unit was not thoroughly clean when we arrived nor cleaned well during daily cleanings, carpets ripped, ceiling cracking, closet door doesn’t close. Overall - The unit condition/quality does not justify the price charged. Would not rent again or recommend.
This property was perfect for our trip. The unit is so nice and clean. The third bathroom near the living room was great. The master bedroom and guest bedroom each have a private bath. The space is right in Vail Village. Once we parked in the underground space we could walk to the village and the gondola
We highly recommend this facility and this specific unit. We are ready to plan a return visit and would definately ask for this unit.
I will say this first- the cleaning staff were amazing, they were very sweet and did a wonderful job. And it was nice to have clean towels everyday. They took out the trash, loaded the dishwasher, and cleaned out the coffee pot. However, VRBO gave us the impression there was a washer and dryer inside the condo and certainly for the price we paid there should have been. There were two washer and dryers in the parking garage. You competed with the cleaning staff that were washing towels all day. One of the dryers didn’t work. Overall clean and close to village but had we known there wasn’t a washer and dryer IN the condo, we probably would have picked another spot and at the very least brought more clothes. We learned two valuable lessons- always call the property and ask if there are truly the amenities that VRBO says there are and just because it’s listed under amenities on VRBO website doesn’t mean it is what you expect. At least that’s what the Willows implied. Shame on us. Would I stay here again? Yes, but in another condo or we would bring more clothes.
