Wonderful house full of natural light. 2 Floors, Downstairs is an open living area with a Dinner table for 12, Kitchen, Living Room and Guest Bathroom. The second floor has 3 Bedrooms. 2 Guest Bedrooms sharing an outside Bathroom. One has two twin beds and the other has a full bed. The master has a King Bed with a very large bathroom with double shower. 3rd Floor Terrace with Downtown views and outdoor furniture.

The Backyard is enclosed and faces a Back Alley. There is an Outdoor dinner area on the back porch.

A great location steps away from several of Austin’s most popular restaurants (Sway, Elizabeth, Fresas, Le Noir, Thai fresh…)

Downtown View in the Heart of SOCO and true 78704 neighborhood.

5 minutes from Downtown Austin, walking distance to Lady Bird Lake trail and walking distance from South Congress Shopping Area.

This was a great house, great location! Very roomy and really comfortable beds! We will definitely consider staying here again next time we come to Austin for a trip. The hosts were hospitable and easy to get a hold of if we needed anything. Highly recommended place!
