We spent many Spring Breaks in Green Valley for birdwatching and as a respite from Skagit Valley (WA) weather. In 2016 we decided to become "snowbirds" and that is when we bought this townhome. In Sept. 2018 we moved to Green Valley full-time.We now live less than 10 minutes away.
Why they chose this property
We purchased this home because the view is spectacular, we liked the end unit, and we thought it was the best floor plan we had seen in this size townhome. The neighborhood is very friendly and there is a wonderful walking trail that connects to the walking trails in the new county park. There are lots of birds and wildlife nearby.
