The large north facing open plan living, kitchen, dining and outdoor-deck area make family meals and entertaining a joy. Natural light fills the home via an abundance of north and east facing windows.


LOCATION
Just a little over an hour from Melbourne, Barwon Heads is a quiet, seaside town with river and ocean beaches close by. The Bellarine Peninsula and Surf Coast are just a short drive away.

The Barwon Bower House is a short stroll (~10min) from restaurants, shops, cafes and hotel (~10min).


OUR HOME
All bedrooms have generous windows providing light and the option to catch the regular evening sea breezes in summer.

Hydronic heating and split-system air-con ensure you'll always be comfortable.

The kitchen and butler's pantry have been designed with the foodie in mind.

- Two ovens & Induction cooktop
- Large Dishwasher
- KitchenAid mixer
- Food processor, blender, smoothie maker
- Toaster & Kettle
- Pizza oven
- Coffee grinder & plunger
- Plenty of pots, pans, kitchen knives, tupperware and utensils

The main living area faces north and opens onto a 9m deck which houses an 8 seat dining table and large gas BBQ.

The large backyard is perfect for kids with lots of room to run and play.

ACCESS
Guests have access to the whole house but due to safety, we exclude access to the garage and two small storage rooms. Note: bed linen is provided based on the number of guests in the booking.

Keypad access enables entry for all guests without the hassle of sharing keys.


PLEASE NOTE:
- A starter kit of kitchen essentials is provided (tea, coffee sugar and a few dishwasher tablets) but it is self-catering accommodation

- Bed linen is provided based on the number of guests in the booking.

- We will provide many of the basic kitchen items used in everyday meals to save you having to buy things you'll only use a fraction of (eg; sugar, salt & pepper, herbs & spices, cooking oil etc)

- Linen is provided based on the number of guests staying. If you think you'll need extra then please either bring extra or request more.
