This inviting lounge and dining area provides seamless access to a balcony with dining options, a gas BBQ, and stunning sea views, including the night lights of Arthurs Seat. The kitchen is equipped with Fisher & Paykel electric hotplates and an oven, offering picturesque bay glimpses from the living room. Enjoy year-round comfort with split system heating and cooling, cozy up by the open fire on cooler evenings, and use the telescope to watch the ships on Port Phillip Bay.
Bedrooms and Bathroom
The home features two bedrooms, each with a double bed, built-in robes, and ceiling fans. The first bedroom offers beautiful sea views. The family bathroom includes a separate bath, shower, and toilet.
Outdoor Space
Experience a blend of coastal and rural charm in this secluded, tree-lined location, just minutes from the beach. The Rye Football Reserve is only 100 meters away, and the steep driveway provides a great workout. There is parking for two cars under the double carport, and ample yard space for your dog to explore. Alternatively, the stunning foreshore walking track is just 450 meters down the road.

For security and fraud purposes, guests are required to complete a booking form, provide licence ID for guests and confirm payment details prior to check in. These identification details must match the details of the person who made the reservation.
Strictly No parties
This property does not accept hens or bucks’ gatherings. Penalties as per terms and conditions agreement will apply to guests.
This property does not accept schoolies, penalties will apply to guests.
If you wish to book this property between schoolies dates -November 24th – December 10th, please call Getaway Property Management to discuss.
