Just Beachy is a beautiful, newly remodeled, oceanfront duplex. Start your morning with a cup of coffee and watch the sunrise from the top-level sun deck. Take in the ocean breeze and that wonderful salty air aroma. There is plenty of space for everyone to gather together in the living area for movie/TV time and to prepare your favorite meals in the fully equipped kitchen. Hang out in the rec room with a foosball table with exterior access only.

After your fun day at the beach relax in the community pool or take in a game of tennis.

Venture out to some of the best local restaurants, shops or outdoor activities that the OBX has to offer.

Lovely stay

We stayed here in early fall last year. The house is clean and well appointed. The beach is just steps away. It was quiet, peaceful and lovely. Definitely would stay again.

Great location million dollar view comfortable beds, the only downside if you'd call it that is the walkway to the beach the boards need to be repaired but other than that no complaints

Perfect location.

The location was perfect, easy access to beach and beautiful view of the ocean from top deck. It is close to great restaurants. It appeared to be recently updated inside. It had alot of space and was perfect for our needs.

Amazing OBX vacation

Beautiful property! Inside was all updated and beautifully decorated. Outside walkway to beach needs a little updating, there were some loose boards. The beach was gorgeous and the views spectacular!

The property was mostly clean. The floors and counter were not completely cleaned up. Hair ties and gum wrappers on the floor and counters. Trash under the bed. The reason for the 2 rating was that the path to the beach was overrun by a 10 foot sand drift. To go to the beach, we had to walk over the drift over and over. I have a health condition where this affected my oxygen level. We should have been notified of this before check-in. We called the property management company, Village Raalty, as soon as we checked in and no solution was provided.
