If you like golf: this is the place for you to be as the most prestigious golf courses in the world are 5 to 10 min drive only: Champions Gate (7 min), Reunion (5 min), Providence (5 min)... But if you just want to relax with your family and friends, this is for sure your dream home. It can sleep up to 10 guests (5 bedrooms: 2 ensuites with King beds, 1 room with a queen, two rooms with twin beds and a third bathroom. Kids will love the south-facing pool and the game room! Spoil them, give yourself a memory of a lifetime, you will love this beautiful well-maintained villa (new pictures coming soon: The owner recently replaced the sofa couch, changed some of the deco accessories and bed comforters, sheets...). **NOT included in our rental prices : Pool heating** Only the guests who have been registered are allowed to stay in the property.*** Pool heaters are set to 86 prior to your arrival. The reached temperature will depend on the weather. Pool heaters run 12 hours during the day. No refund or compensation will be given if the pool heater does not work unless the guests paid for the heating of the pool and it is proven that there was a technical issue that created an inconvenience. The refund or compensation will never exceed the amount paid by the guest for the heating of the pool.
