The location of Sandy Ridge is conveniently close to Junction 58 of the I4, giving convenient access to Walt Disney World. The 192 can also be reached in less than 10 minutes via a quiet local road.

The property enjoys a corner plot and backs onto conservation land making this a peaceful location, however, just four miles away is Champions Gate, Orlando’s premiere tourist and commercial destination;

You will also enjoy free Wi-Fi and all TV's have Roku's Guest Services enabled so you simply input your check-out date and any streaming services you log into are automatically removed at 11am on departure day. We do not believe in hidden extras, we provide all bed, bath, pool and kitchen linens are included as well as use of the digital safe during your stay.

Outside you will find the beautiful pool area, with a 30' x 15' pool with adjoining spa and a pool deck with ample pool furniture making it a perfect area for enjoying the gorgeous Florida sun. There is a safety fence on the pool deck, an alarm on the lanai door and the pool drains have anti-vortex covers to protect little ones during your stay.

Polk County Law has quiet hours between 10:30pm and 7am. There must be no outdoor noise between these hours.

We do not accept bookings from guests who are all under 25 years of age, the primary renter cannot be under 25 years of age.

There are exterior security cameras fitted on all sides including the pool area for your safety and security. Video footage including sound recording may be shared with law enforcement or VRBO in the event of a claim.

At Disney Davenport Villa we are not afraid to spend money on villa improvements to keep the villa up to date and comfortable for our guests.

The swimming pool and spa have been re-tiled and re-plastered and the water pump and heating system is brand new to ensure the pool is at a perfect temperature. The deck has been re-painted in a neutral, modern grey, making the pool deck, lanai and pool a beautiful place to relax and have fun in. No-one can resist a dip into the inviting, turquoise water, as it sparkles in the sunlight. Also we have put on a completely new, insulated roof, added new LED lighting and many other little touches.
