This is a large house. the rooms are as pictured on the website and provided ample sleeping space for our group of 18. the access to the beach was easy for the younger members of our family. being 77 I do not walk well in sand so I stayed mostly at the pool area, but the rest of them loved the beach.

great location, house is in need of a remodel but functions well. the pool was dirty when we got there, took 3 days to get someone to clean it. the beach is beautiful

Our stay was great! The outside pool area was very nice! Spent a lot of time out there! Kids played baseball and volleyball on the side yard! Hot tub was wonderful. Close to stores and shops and even walking distance to a Ben and Jerry’s. Ice cream truck comes down the road! House was big and clean. No complaints! Except ocean was cold! lol

A great spot!

The house was built by the mad hatter, but the crazy layout provided me and my family space to spread out. Since there are two ac units, we were able to keep half the house hot and the other half cold which was nice. Great location right on the beach. Shop up the road was very convenient and a couple specialty shops close by were appreciated. Would recommend again!

Our first time staying at Hawaiian Palace. The set up of this house is a bit confusing at first, however we grew to love it quickly. Beds were comfortable. House is perfectly set up for large family groups. The views were beautiful, even during the Noreaster!! Poolside was just perfect, we felt like we were at a resort. Beach almost felt private as well. Plenty of room and activity. Hot tub was a fave w most as well. All good things. We also cooked a lot and kitchen supplies were plentiful. Definitely recommend for large groups! We were contacted by Blue almost daily to see if we needed anything. Thanks for the good memories!!

Ocean breeze

My family had an amazing time, the beach breeze was quite relaxing and we watch the sunset. It was a memorable vacation that we are willing to repeat.
