Your breath will be taken away the moment you walk into this magnificent property! From the luxurious over sized front door to the huge open plan kitchen, living and dining room leading out to the undercover entertaining area with lounges, dining table and BBQ.

Upstairs you will find another lounge area (perfect for the kids) the master bedroom with walk-in robe, ensuite and your own private parents balcony to soak up the ocean breezes, the main bathroom and another bedroom.

Very clean on arrival and easy check in. Tte house was comfortable, modern and nicely decorated. The location was good, it was an easy walk to Birubi Beach and to the local shops. The kitchen was really well equipped. Would be happy to stay here again. L

Anna Bay Break

When finding this property online we couldnt believe our eyes that this would tick all the boxes we needed when travelling up to visit family after the arrival of a new baby. Check in was simple, the house was clean and tidy and provided virtually everything we needed. There were however a few issues that were not discovered until a couple of days into our stay. The shower head in the main bathroom was broken and did not work, this was reported to the real estate who manages the property and fixed very very promptly, I must commend them on this. However, we noticed throughout our stay that things were not functional due to be "turned down or limited" such as the fridge/freezer temperature was not cold enough to keep things fresh or frozen, the air con/heater was not able to be turned down to accommodate for the weather, the gas on the cook top seemed to only resemble half of the normal temp which meant everything took a long time to cook and the toilets barely flushed due to having water restricted. When we looked into these issues we found in the handbook notices saying "DO NOT CHANGE" or things will be limited or turned off. When we have paid over $4500 for a property, I expect to have full use of the facilities to MY liking, that is the whole point of renting something for personal use. I also have to make mention of the MULTITUDE of notices around the house that state to "be quiet and respectful" for the neighbours, maybe THEY should follow the same rules!
