The property was great for our long weekend getaway as a family. Enjoyed the pool, the covered patio and grassy area. House was well equipped with all of your basic needs.

Great family stay
Check in was easy and the people in charge were fast to reply with anything we had questions on! Everything was clean and we had all that we needed for a week long stay.
This house was perfect for 6 of us. Very roomy and clean. The location was perfect—close enough to everything we wanted to see and do, yet quiet and peaceful for relaxing at the end of the day. Very nice neighborhood. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Fun house
Nice house with lots of room. We had 7 people and never felt crowded. The pool was very nice.
Enjoyed the stay. The house was cool and comfortable. The only draw back was the kitchen ware was poorly supplied. There were many pillows but not ones that were cozy.
Very clean and updated property. Everything was in working order. Beds were very comfortable and the linens were great quality which made the beds even better. The pool was a highlight, the teens spent the bulk of their time out there. We parked our boat on the side of the house and went to sand hollow one day, but honestly everyone preferred to just be at the house. The kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals.
We had my 50yr old bday party there. Played at sandhollow resivor, hiked at 3 falls, took family pics at pioneer park. Had a great time. I should have opted in to heat the pool. It was too chilly for most of the guests.
We have been coming to the Hurricane area for the last few years to get together with family that live around the western US. We all love to off road and this is a fun area to do that.
This is the best place that we have stayed in yet since coming to the area. It was very clean and big enough for all 10 of us, our vehicles and UTV's.
The manager and owner went out of their way to accomodate a special request which if they were unable to make happen would not have allowed my daughter and her family to come. This meant that we all could enjoy our latest granddaughter.
Thank you for the great stay.

Great location and nice place, unreliable property management
Overall it is a nice home, a great location and with a little upgrading of the kitchenware and a better property manager this could be a nice rental.
The property is in a good location and the house is great for a small group. However, the property manager is an auto-generated computer and call center. They sent us the wrong code to check into the property and a local contact who when we called said they no longer were involved with this property. Lucky for us someone left the man door in the back unlocked and we were able to get into the property or else we would have had to sleep in the car that night.
We contacted the property management company again the next day to get the right code and wifi info and got a response for another customer that made no sense. We then called and they finally put us in touch with the owner, who was nice and provided us with the wifi info via text.
Make sure you take good cooking utensils as this place is not very well appointed and most of the items were very worn out.
Well, I really wanted to love this place but it wasn’t terribly welcoming to be honest. The house was clean and quiet…but there were notes all over the house about “extra charges” (if you use the beach towels and don’t wash and dry them, if you park on the street, if there’s a noise complaint, etc.). And the biggest one was the fee to heat the pool. It was $100/night (which was posted in the listing. We didn’t opt in and it wasn’t necessary because it was plenty warm for a cool pool). It just felt like they were saying everything had an extra charge.
The beds were pretty bad. My husband slept on the floor for 2 nights because the beds were that bad (he’s too tall for the bunk beds). They were all really soft and lumpy. They really do need to be replaced.
Then, there’s a small pool house being built and we had workers on site while we were sitting outside. I felt like we should have been asked if this was ok!
The outdoor furniture was sparse and fairly well used, but functional. The BBQ had to be scrubbed clean before we used it as it was disgustingly dirty. An umbrella or some sun covering by the pool would have been great.

Hi Patrick, thanks for your review. The homeowner wanted to share the following: "I’m so sorry that you were not 100% satisfied with the property. We did reach out to you ahead of time to make you aware of construction going on the property and offered to change the reservation without a cancellation fee. Most vacation rentals are asking for some help with laundry as they have to be turned around in a quick time frame for the next guest. It is expensive to heat the pool, and we try to have a reasonable fee of $85.00 a day, but it really is not needed in the summer months."
This house was the perfect space for our family! It was nice to have plenty of rooms with big beds, a bunk room and a casita. Everybody had their space but also had a great kitchen and family area to spend time together in. Our grandsons could get enough of having a pool in the backyard and don’t understand why we don’t have one at home now. We were there for a family wedding and had to travel to Touqerville which was convenient and easy but I would guess a visit to Zion, Sand Hallow and St. George would be just as convenient. It was very close to Jelly Stome Park if that’s where you are visiting. The neighborhood was quiet and easy to find. The house was also so clean and had everything you needs to stay overnight!
Very nice property, clean and great location to sand hallow resort for fishing and jeeping. Could have used a few more rolls of toilet paper and garbage bags. We spent a week on 3 garbage bags and 4 rolls of toilet paper. Other than that great place.
