Exclusive owner home, this condo is offered for adult guests wanting a unique island condo vacation experience. Note: Smoking is not allowed in this unit nor on the balcony. There is free WiFi in the unit and a complementary Cruzan rum bar to taste the flavors of our island rums. This condo provides an upscale relaxed vacation with a 1 bedroom (King Bed) non-smoking, pet-free environment located just a short stroll from the beautiful white sands of Sapphire Beach. The balcony is located directly overlooking the marina and provides panoramic views of the ocean and nearby islands.
Your vacation begins with a welcome basket upon arrival. If you are a “foodie” and enjoy meals at home, the kitchen is equipped with a gourmet, compact European-style kitchen with full-size stove/oven and refrigerator. The indoor dining table seats 4 with all tableware at your disposal.
The living room includes cable television; a reading library; board games; air conditioning; and fantastic views of the ocean and nearby islands including St. John. Also, the air-conditioned Sapphire Village office lounge has a printer to print out your boarding passes when you are departing, and also has WiFi and a reading library to check out books. On-site Sudi’s restaurant is open Tuesday.-Sunday 11:00am-11:00 pm. One of 2 pools is located 50ft away from the condo by the restaurant for easy take-out meals poolside under the shaded tables, or dine-in to enjoy Sudi’s restaurant with designer ocean themed decor! Even the designer restroom is a tourist attraction!
Sleeping space in the condo is suitable for 2 adults in the spacious bedroom which includes a King size bed and nightstands; reading lamps; a writing desk, guest closet and air conditioning. Please ask about additional pricing, bedding and sleeping arrangements for one additional guest in the living room.
The bathroom has a shower enclosure and soaps, towels, blow dryer, curling iron for your convenience.
The condo is a corner unit providing privacy as others do not walk past the unit door. The property has 2 beautifully finished swimming pools for swimming and relaxation.
There is a conveniently located, community coin operated laundry room. (Complementary laundry tokens are provided for you by owner as part of your booking.) As you walk past the office and laundry room you will continue the short walk to Sapphire Beach passing the marina to reach the Sapphire Beach Bar and Grill serving food and drinks daily. The BEACH BUZZ cafe serves early morning coffees and breakfast 7:00am-3:00pm. They also have an atm; gift shop and sundries.
Beach gear for your use: the condo beach cabinet has beach chairs, beach towels, floaties, snorkel gear and beach picnic coolers. You can rent additional beach equipment available at the beach dive shop as well as water activities. Boat excursions are available right here at the marina and easily accessible.
A rental car is not necessary if you choose to use the local open-air $1 bus from the Sapphire entrance or the nearby, local taxi service. Marie will provide you names and numbers of reliable drivers. You are a 4 minute ride by car, taxi or the public $1 bus to Red Hook village with restaurants; bars; nails/spa salons; and the famous Redhook "Duffy's" bar and open air restaurant. Be sure to make a reservation for Wednesdays 5:30pm to indulge in their LOCAL SPINY LOBSTER DINNER!!! A must do activity.
Also in Red Hook is the ferry dock that goes to the island of St John just a short 15 minute ferry ride away. The condo balcony has a relaxing lounge chair for lazy day naps or reading a good book. Sitting at the balcony table is mesmerizing when having your meals overlooking the incredible, panoramic ocean view with the fresh and airy ocean breezes.
