The upper level includes 2 bedrooms and 1.5 bathrooms, with an additional bedroom and full bath on the lower level available based on occupancy. Utilities and WiFi are included for a convenient long-term stay. Guests have full access to the duplex, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas based on the agreed occupancy. The lower level may be prepared and opened depending on the number of occupants. We respect our residents’ privacy and aim to provide a comfortable, independent living experience. Communication is primarily handled through messaging for convenience, and we are available if any maintenance or property-related issues arise during your stay.

Our goal is to ensure a smooth and pleasant extended stay. Smoking of any kind (including tobacco, vaping, or drugs) is strictly prohibited inside the suite and anywhere on the property.

Parties, events, and unregistered guests are not permitted. Violation of these rules may result in a $500 penalty and immediate termination of the rental agreement.

For safety and liability purposes, exterior security cameras are installed on the front and back porches and record 24/7. There are no cameras inside the suite.
