The renovated building is a traditional Japanese wooden house built in 100 years ago.
you can take the traditional bath as many as you want!

It takes just a 3-minute walk from Sendagi Station(Metro) and just a 10-minute walk from Nippori Station(JR).
Since the building is made of wood, smoking is prohibited.
There are three shower rooms.

Coin washing machines are provided.
Because the neighbor is a public bath, there is some noise. Please refrain from people sensitive about the sound.
Yanaka is a famous city with cats.
Because of the old wooden old house occasionally there are times when cats go into the house and catch food, so please keep the food in the locker.
Because it is a house, it is okay even if it is a bit noisy.

Good location but not most convenient
Apartment is behind a bathroom, same building. Good thing is there is lots of space compared to other Japanese apartments.
Furnishing are sparse, and apartment could be decorated better.
Location is nice area, village with lots of small shop’s restaurants and local people. If owners had turned in AC before we arrived that would have helped our first impression, since when we arrived the apartment was super hot, and took hours to become comfortable.

まさに古民家。剥き出しの天井と小洒落た裸電球に感動しました。急な階段は黒光りして、田舎の家を思い出しました。ベッドや布団、枕も高級で、気持ちよく眠れました。一階のミーティングスペースも広くていいですね。銭湯に何度でも入れる特典も嬉しい！みんなに自慢しまくりました♪
