Private, quiet, spacious two bedroom 1.5 bathroom house with easy parking for two cars. Bright with many windows throughout. Large living room next to expansive open kitchen and dining room. Table/chairs/umbrella with multiple seating areas on over sized deck as well as a kettle grill. Hot/cold private outdoor shower access from deck. Abuts the Audubon Wildlife Sanctuary. Located in South Wellfleet off of Route 6. Close to many restaurants, beaches, town center (Wellfleet and Eastham) and Rail Trail (bike path). Provincetown a quick 20 miles away.
