Well appointed, ideally placed 4 bedroom family house in Urunga. 4 queen beds and 1 sofa bed, plenty of extra space for kids, family and friends, both indoors and out!.
Outdoor dogs also welcome.
2 garaged car parking spaces as well as 2 driveway spaces and ample off road parking available.

A short 300m walk to the beautiful Urunga boardwalk and lagoon area, ideal for families.
A 3 minute drive to Hungry Head patrolled beach and 15 minute drive to both Bellingen township and Sawtell, both bustling with great food, nightlife and atmosphere.

Check-out instructions

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds, gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please ensure the wheelie bins get placed on the road every Monday. Bins alternate each week, the neighbours bins will show what needs to go out and if you’re unsure all bins can be put out on Sunday.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Keep noise to a minimum after 10pm. Respect the neighbours and our home
Please clean your feet/ remove any sand before entering the house if you have been enjoying the beautiful beaches in the area
If you break or damage something, please let me know and arrange for its replacement or repair.
