The open floor plan of this cozy cabin has everything you need to feel comfortable and relaxed while you are here. Gather around the flat screen smart TV for a movie on the Apple TV. A Sonos sound system gives you that theatre experience from the comfort of the couch. High speed Wi-Fi 400mbps and Alexa smart voice commands bring a modern touch to this quintessential Tahoe cabin.

Off the living room is a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances and ample counter space, prepping that perfect meal will be a breeze. When it’s time to eat, you will find seating for 5 around the dining room table.

Throw some steaks on the grill and dine outside at the patio table or take in the peace and quiet of the forest while lounging on the outdoor patio furniture. You might also like to sit out back around the propane fire pit with Adirondack chairs or relax in the brand new private hot tub after a long day of outdoor adventure.

The master bedroom is prepared with a brand new Tuft & Needle Queen-sized bed, flat screen TV with Apple TV, and views of the front deck. The guest bedroom is similarly set up with a brand new Tuft & Needle Queen-sized bed and has views of the back patio and forest. These bedrooms have access to the shared Jack & Jill bathroom. This shared bathroom has a shower/tub combo plus full size washer and dryer.

This vacation home is located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes away from downtown. A grocery store and restaurants can be found right up the road. World class skiing, the exciting nightlife of the casinos, and Heavenly Village are just a short drive away.

With easy access to the lake, hiking/biking trails, kayaking, and a plethora of outdoor adventures nearby, we are certain you will want to visit Shady Pines year after year.

This home is equipped with multiple tech options such as Alexa and security cameras in the front and back of the property for additional security, it also features a JuiceBox level 2 EV (electric vehicle) 40 AMP charger. This is complimentary and no extra charge as part of your stay.

This cozy cabin accommodates four people/ two couples very comfortably and a 5th person is possible. Please note the 3rd bed is a pull out sofa located in the lounge room and the bathroom is only accessible via the bedrooms.

There is a small double detached garage that can fit 2 compact cars/ compact suv only.
A large truck or large suv can still be parked just outside the garage.

Pet Policy- The pet fee is $35 per day, per pet. The property is pet friendly. If you will be bringing your pet, please reach out to us for the breed/weight restrictions and the associated pet fee.
