Vicky and I love meeting people through our travels and hosting our properties in Maleny
We came up from Brisbane in the late 80s and fell in love with this beautiful area doing what we love best, buying and renovating and improving bare land which enabled us to build our present home in 1997
Vicky and our eldest daughter Katharine run a hair and beauty salon in town.
Our other 2 children are now living on the coast
We have hosted many weddings at Lazywood homestead and the chapel over the years but now concentrate on using this building and our other two accommodations for wedding parties and family get togethers .
Formerly owning our own Real estate businesses in both Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast my wife and I now import and export an organic health juice from our warehouse in Tahiti enabling us to concentrate on maintaining the house and grounds

A mix of Urban ,eclectic stying our home is quite different and we are sure you will enjoy a very relaxed holiday here in comfort with the perfect setting of 3 buildings that offer large family groups to choose whatever style they fancy whilst in maleny
What makes this property unique
Not your average home Lazywood was built over a period of 12 months using 100 year old milled timber from Bretts Wharves in Brisbane and a number of salvaged timbers from demolished buildings including a court house
