One bedroom newly renovated condo, accomodating up to 4 guests (1 king size bed + 1 queen size sleeper sofa).
Free Parking, Pool, Fitness Room, Cable TV, WIFI Internet.
10 min drive to the great beach town of Clearwater Beach, and several other beaches and attractions.
30 min drive to 2 great downtowns: Tampa & St-Petersburg (many restaurants, bars, shopping and family attractions like Busch Gardens, Zoo at Lowry Park and Florida Aquarium).
1 hour 30 min to Legoland (Winter Haven)
1 hour 45 min. to Disney World (Orlando)

St.Petersburg/Clearwater Airport: 11 miles (20 min. drive)
Tampa Airport: 19 miles (30 min. drive)

Peaceful gated community with great location. The community is restful and pet-friendly with gardens, heated pool, gym, and clubhouse. A few casual restaurants and a couple of stores are within walking distance of the condo (Publix supermarket right across the street), we are located in a residential area. You can easily reach the Pinellas trail from the condo (47-mile biking and running trail that spans from St.Pertersburg to Tarpon Springs) for an awesome bike ride along the sea! Don't fall from your bike if you see a dolphin ;)

Enjoy the great vacation atmosphere in the renowned beach town of Clearwater Beach: sugar-sand beach, Beach Walk Promenade, Pier 60 with lots to do, great restaurants. Don't miss the "Clearwater Marine Aquarium" where you can meet the stars and see the set of the "Dolphin Tale" movies, a great experience. Look up their day camp for kids.

Visit Dunedin, just north of Clearwater: a charming small-town with great local shopping on Main Street, where dogs are welcomed in restaurants and bars!

Clean condo, great location! Only few minutes to Clearwater Beach. People very friendly. Great communication with the owner. Needs alittle remodel, kitchen counters, bigger coffee pot. But it was a great place to stay for 2 wks!

Avalon at Clearwater Feb 2023

Hosts were great to work with. Couple minor tech problems and they responded instantly. Facility nice but easier if you bring chairs to pool. All the other snowbirds were very nice. Eating at Roosterfish, Cristina’s and Rumba almost worth the trip. Abe’s next door and Publix across street very handy. Be sure to drive to Honeymoon island and eat at the beach joint out on the causeway. Then hit Frenchy’s outpost on a second trip. Enjoy!

Clearwater Condo, Avalon

We were under the impression that this unit was closer to the beach, may have been our error. The condo smelled freshly cleaned, but it really needs a deep cleaning. Floors, rugs, oven required cleaning/ washing. Towels, no longer white. It was priced well, allowed us to travel to some other locations. 2 people is the limit for this unit. One living room sofa with no extra chair means difficulty having any visitors.

The property was as advertised and the hosts were excellent. I would highly recommend getting trip insurance for anyone staying in Florida during hurricane season as VRBO doesn't consider hurricanes as reason enough to refund your payment if you have to evacuate for one. Our gracious hosts did refund us one days rate even though we checked out three days early per requests from the state's Governor & the county Emergency Management Director. We would stay at this facility again.

Month stay at Avalon

The property was as advertised and pictured on VrBo Very convenient for bicycling-only a mile from the Pinellas Trail and easy access to the Druid, Duke Energy and Ream Wilson Trails. Easy bike storage on enclosed porch. Kitchen was modestly well equipped, lacking a variety of mixing bowls and baking sheets. Outstanding shower, comfortable bed and large closet. Would have been helpful to have instructions on using both TVs. We never got bedroom TV to work. If you are a pool person, you need to get there early each day to get chair. We had a wonderful stay and would have rented again if it had been availble for our 2023 time slot

This is the second time we have stayed in this property. It was another GREAT experience! We were there for 30 days and it felt like home! The condo itself is perfect. Peaceful and quiet and has everything you need for a wonderful beach day! The complex is amazing.. you feel completely safe and welcome! Will be back!

Cute condo / nice pool

We had a great week staying at Razvan and Marie-Claude’s condo. It was exactly what we needed, well furnished (including beach chairs, sun umbrella, sand shovels, beach balls) and at such a reasonable price. The heated pool was great. We found good restaurants close by to eat dinner and Publix was right across the street. We went to Clearwater Beach (10 minutes) but also Honeymoon island and Fort DeSoto, all amazing places. Our hosts were kind and responsive.

Beautiful Clearwater Sanctuary

The condo has everything you need for a comfortable stay as well as visits to the beach. Beautiful decor, too. I rented a house in Clearwater last year and did not feel safe. Even though the condo is in a larger complex it still has a safe, private feel to it. The pool is lovely and the people who stay there are very nice. The hosts are responsive and helpful. I highly recommend this lovely place and hope to visit again soon!

Easy access from condo to Clearwater Beach

Love the Avalon

This is the second time we have stayed at the Avalon. We absolutely love it there. This unit was perfect for us and our cat. It’s centrally located to all the beaches and activities. It’s quiet at night and we just feel like locals when we’re there. All the gym is a huge plus because one of my favorite things to do on vacation is keep up with my exercise routine. This unit is awesome and plan to be back!!!
