Gorgeous Sarasota Private Home with Heated Pool

The Kind Edward Sarasota is a spacious, well-laid out 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom, private home with everything you need to have a wonderful vacation with fabulous memories. Relax at the end of the day in the private hot tub and heated pool, or take a short walk to Arlington Park. Head to downtown Sarasota which includes great resturants and nightlife, only 7 minutes away. For the beach lover, St. Armands Circle, Siesta Key Beach and Lido Beach are all under 15mins away.

The large fully equipped kitchen will be a joy for the chef in your household to whip up his.her favorite dishes. Stainless appliances including a dishwasher, side by side refrigerator with front door access to filtered water and ice, 5 burner stove top with large stainless, free-standing ventilation hood, wine refrigerator, double stainless kitchen sink, earth tone solid stone countertops and built-in double oven/convection combo. There is a pass-thru opening to the large dining room that has a beautiful wood table with seating for 8 people. Sliders open up to the deck area from the dining space. the dining area is also open to the family room which has plenty of comfortable seating with a 3 person sofa, ottoman, and love seat. There is enough space for everyone to watch a movie together!

The spacious rear yard features a private heated pool within a protective pool cage. The private hot tub fits 4 + people, and is located just outside the pool cage. A barbecue grill is available for those quick and easy meals, with a seating area for 4 under an umbrella. Enjoy a good book and a glass of wine..... plenty of landscaping makes for privacy in the fenced backyard, surrounded by palm trees.

The master suite is large with a king sized bed and large walk-in closet.... bring all the vacation clothes you want!! There is a private en-suite bath with a claw tub and private space with the water closet. Please note there is NO shower in the master suite, only the relaxing clawfoot tub with shower handle.

In the kitchen, behind kitchen doors is a full sized washer and dryer for your convenience.

The second bedroom suite is also quite large with French glass door entry, a queen bed, closet, ceiling fan aand3 person sofa that pulls out to a queen sized bed for extra sleeping space. Lots of windows keep this room light and bright. the second bathroom is just around the corner with a pedestal lavatory, custom built-in shelves and step-in tiled shower.

The third bedroom is cozy with a queen bed decorated in light tangerine and beige, closet with the second bathroom very nearby.

This is a non-smoking home. One well-behaved dog is allowed. We do not allow pets on the furniture and especially not on the beds. Please speak to us about your specific needs and our pet-friendly booking agreement. There are a $300.00 non-refundable pet fee and an additional $100.00 extra cleaning fee for a deeper post stay clean.

Arlington Park is home to a fenced in dog park, a .5 mile runners track, 2 full sized swimming pools, and a full gym (including classes such as yoga, etc) all within a 5 min walk.

** A vacation rental contract is required to be signed prior to any bookings.

** Security cameras are located on premises overlooking the pool area, front door and side of the house.

** A 25% booking deposit is due for any bookings that are beyond 30 days in advance.
** A vacation rental contract is required to be signed prior to check-in. The host will also require a picture copy of a valid government-issued ID and credit card (front and back).

This is a self-check-in property. A stay guide will be emailed to you prior to your stay. Please review your stay guide in detail as it outlines all of the information you will need to access and operate the property.

** Our property is checked for damages prior to your stay and immediately after your stay. Any/all damages found by our guests must be reported immediately upon check-in (within the first 2 hrs). Any damages not reported within this time frame will be perceived as damages caused by you or your party. You will be required to pay for any/all damages.

** Due to strict insurance requirements, there cannot be more than 6 occupants in, or on the property at any given time. Occupants include a person/persons who resides or is present in the house, at a given time. If total occupancy exceeds 6 persons at any given time, THE GUESTS WILL BE CHARGED AN ADDITIONAL $150.00 PER PERSON AND WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.

** To ensure that our neighbors can enjoy their evening in peace, there is absolutely no swimming or use of the pool beyond 11pm EST/EDT.

** PLEASE WASH YOUR DISHES prior to your departure. If dishes are not washed, an extra cleaning feesof $100.00 will be applied.

** Feel free to use the barbecue outside that is set up for our guest's leisure use only. The BBQ is to be used by the guests who stay at the home and is not to invite others to the home as it will be considered as hosting a party. Please clean up after yourselves and keep the grill clean. If found left dirty and requires extra cleaning, an extra cleaning fee of $75.00 will be charged. You may also need to add your own gas to the BBQ as it is not supplied.

** Please do not rearrange our furniture. If the furniture is rearranged, an additional moving fee of $100.00 will be charged.

** If you would like to host an event (i.e. wedding, graduation, family gathering, etc), please speak with us about it prior to booking.

** If guests are found to have had a party without the host's permission guests will be responsible for an extra cleaning charge of $200.00 and WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.

** If guests are suspected of carrying and/or using illegal drugs of any kind, the authorities will be engaged, and GUESTS WILL BE ASKED TO VACATE THE PROPERTY IMMEDIATELY WITHOUT A REFUND.

** Any local guests are asked to identify themselves to the host prior to booking.

** Check-outs are at 11am Eastern Time. Late check-outs will be charged an additional $100.00 for every hour that the guest is late in checking out. If the late-check out results in a refund to the guest who is to check-in after you, you will also be required to cover the costs of the refund. PLEASE NOTE: SHOULD YOUR ADDITIONAL LATE FEES EXCEED OUR DAILY RATE, THEY DO NOT AUTHORIZE YOU TO STAY AN ADDITIONAL DAY. Late fees are charged as a penalty and not as an authorized daily rate.

This is a non-smoking property. Should you or your guests get caught smoking on the property, you will be charged an additional $500.00 for fumigation costs + and additional cleaning fee of $200.00.

** Lastly, because this is an Airbnb community not a hotel, and is also my home when in Florida, please be respectful of the property and keep it clean before you leave. (Respect our property and our things)
