4.5 Nice place with a couple drawbacks

This is a nice place. We enjoyed our stay. It has 1 common entry point though which is a little sketchy and the elevator isn't the safest looking thing on earth. Once you get into the condo though, it's all good. Again, we enjoyed our stay there. The view over the lake is neat. Parking was close and it was nice being in Dillon.

Balcony view over Lake Dillon

The condo was comfortable, clean and came with a nicely furnished kitchen. The supply of spices and kitchen supplies such as foil, zip lock bags, plastic wrap, etc. was much appreciated. AM Coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony were especially nice. The only real issue had to do with entry into the unit. The code for building entry was incorrectly listed on the check in document and necessitated a call to Mark who responded within minutes. And the instructions for the lock box combo was totally confusing, a situation that was aggravated by a dimly lit and hard to read combination dial.

Clean and Nice Location But Dim and In Disrepair

We loved the location and liked having two bathrooms, but the disrepair and dim lighting really detracted from our experience. None of the problems were quite bad enough to interrupt our vacation to call for repairs, but they added up to an almost constant stream of minor annoyances. Pros: - great location, convenient to dining, shopping, and the slopes - very clean (except the bedding, which was musty) - nice view of Lake Dillon Cons: - significant disrepair (fireplace not working, patio door lock broken, burned out bulbs, etc) - very dimly lit (particularly the kitchen, which made cooking difficult in the evening) - problems on the property (elevator out-of-service, hot tub closed, security system unactivated, etc)

Cozy Home

Cozy place to stay for a few days of skiing at A-Basin. All the essentials were provided, and the gas fireplace and view from the balcony were terrific. (Humidifier was also a nice touch.)

Condo had a Washer and Dryer! Great Internet connection, Modem/Router was in the condo. Also had a Humidifier, which was nice considering the dry air.

Great Condo

The condo was great and had everything we needed. Beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of space for a family of four. We had a issue with getting into the condo but the owners were very helpful in correcting the issue. The lobby and carpets in the common areas need a little attention, and updating, but the condo was great. Great location!

The check-in instructions were confusing and conflicting. Once we were able to access the building, the condo experience was great! The WiFi instructions were also confusing/conflicting, but again, once we figured it out, everything worked great.

Great Place!

This is a great place for a family of four. Very clean and well maintained. The kitchen had everything we needed which allowed us to cook great meals in if we wanted; and the location within walking distance to mupltiple restaurants allowed us to go out when we didn’t want to cook (highly recommend Jersey Boys). The lake views were spectacular and we were right in the middle of 4-5 world class ski areas. Thanks so much for our wonderful stay!

Everything we could have wanted

My two friends and I stayed here for two nights and we truly loved our time in the condo. Kitchen was equipped with everything we could have wanted or needed to make food at home. We had the fireplace on to warm the place and definitely created a super cozy environment. Lots of toiletries to choose from which was nice when you forgot something a home. Cleaning supplies were made available. And last but not least, the view from the condo was absolutely beautiful! Definitively would stay here again. Thanks so much!

Perfect ski condo

My wife, my two middle school age children, and I just enjoyed a non-traditional Christmas week in Dillon, Colorado skiing at Keystone, Vail, and Breckenridge. This condo is right in the heart of ski country. Keystone is 15 minutes away, Breck is 25 minutes away, and Vail was only 55 minutes away. The condo was the perfect place to hang out after a day in the cold December Colorado air. The condo was well equipped...we ate all our breakfasts in, packed our lunches, and ate a couple of dinners in. The supermarket is less than a mile away. We walked to Pug Ryan's Brewery on Christmas night...a great place to dine. We also heard great reviews from locals about the Mexican place by the bowling alley...also easily walk-able. The fireplace was used daily and we enjoyed the amazing view from the porch. We would definitely recommend this condo for any party of four looking to take advantage of what Colorado has to offer.

Clean, comfy, close to activities, afordable

My family of 4 really enjoyed our stay! The condo had everything we needed and is very close to all the fun activities we had planned (biking, boating, music, shopping, hiking, golfing). The 5 minute walk to the Dillon amphitheater, the marina, and the playground is incredibly convenient. When we didn’t feel like cooking, the many restaurants within walking distance made dining a pleasure. 15 minutes to Keystone, Breckenridge, or Copper Mountain was ideal! We especially enjoyed the pool, the view of the lake from the private balcony, and the warm fire place at night. See you this winter!
