Fantastic villa in a beautiful location

Enjoyed a week stay in Andrew's fantastic villa. Photos don't do it justice - the views are spectacular and the property is amazing. Loved the outdoor kitchen / bar area beside the pool and the hot-plate and BBQ. The villa has everything a family will need, lots of utensils, glassware and modern appliances (coffee machine and blender were very useful!). Communication with Andrew was excellent and he personally and quickly sorted out a small issue before we even arrived at the villa. Location was perfect for us - quiet and outside of the main town, but close enough to beaches and restaurants (by car). Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Verblijf in Adsubia met ons gezin

Het huis op zich was goed, met zwembad en een geweldig toffe buitenkeuken en 3 slaap- en badkamers, met airco's! Het (enige) nadeel was onze slaapkamer, ze was muf en het bed was véél te klein (+/- 1m40) voor 2 volwassen mensen. De omgeving; het huis bevond zich op een berg (met andere vakantiewoningen). Het was een hittegolf dus we hadden geen zin om 's avonds buiten te wandelen, maar dat was sowieso niet mogelijk gezien de bergachtige omgeving. Prijs/kwaliteit vonden we het een beetje overprijsd.

Hi Kris Many thanks for your review. We are very surprised to hear one of the bedrooms was musty as it was (as you say) during a heatwave. Also the previous guests did not mention this. Perhaps it was because the air conditioning was being well used and the windows closed? It is a pity the weather was so hot as there are some lovely walks through the orange groves from the urbanization. We do compare prices for similar properties in the area and try to make sure ours is competitive. Regards Andrew and Melanie Hallo Kris Hartelijk dank voor uw beoordeling. We zijn erg verrast om te horen dat een van de slaapkamers muf was zoals het was (zoals je zegt) tijdens een hittegolf. Ook hebben we nog nooit een andere gast die opmerking gehad. Misschien was het omdat de airconditioning goed werd gebruikt en de ramen gesloten waren? Het is jammer dat het zo warm weer was, want er zijn een aantal mooie wandelingen door de sinaasappelboomgaarden vanuit de urbanisatie. We vergelijken prijzen voor vergelijkbare woningen in het gebied en proberen ervoor te zorgen dat de onze concurrerend is. Regards Andrew and Melanie

Tranquilidad absoluta

La propiedad se encuentra enclavada en un paraje precioso con vistas al mar, a la montaña y al valle de Pego. La calma es absoluta. Hemos disfrutado del entorno y, especialmente de la piscina y de la cocina de verano. Totalmente recomendable para unos días de descanso y desconexión.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour dans cette maison. L'accueil de Tracy a été agréable. Le descriptif de la maison correspond bien à ce qu'on a trouvé. Elle est très bien équipée et agencée et dans un quartier très calme. La piscine était à bonne température. La vue est magnifique. De plus, il y a des grottes et châteaux à visiter. Le village de l'Atzubia est joli et les commerçants sont sympas (une note particulière au restaurant "La Moleta").

Lovely house

Diese komfortable, ruhige Villa übertrifft alle Erwartungen. Sehr gut ausgestattetes Haus, sauber, gemütlich, mit sehr viel unterschiedenen Locations um zu verweilen. Im überdachten Essbereich der Außenterasse neben dem schönen Pool und mit der idyllischen Aussicht war es immer traumhaft. Hier befand sich eine zweite voll ausgestattete Küche. Dieses Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Zuverlässige Besitzer. Alles lief reibungslos. Lovely house. We had a truely fabulous time, so much that we were allways joking, we never wanted to leave. Our biggest problem was to decide, which of the 3 locations was the best one to eat at, because all 3 were very pleasant. The outside terraces with a very nice swimming-pool, a barbecue area (equipped with a second full kitchen) and a peaceful idyllic view was perfect for relaxing, eating and enjoying. Nothing was missing! Communication with the owners and their friends which were the housekeepers was excellent. We very much hope to return soon! Thank you Esta casa estaba muy limpia, bonita y extremadamente bien equipada. Tanto el comedor, como el balcón son muy acogedores para comer, pero el área de la preciosa piscina es especialmente espectacular, porque además de contar con una segunda cocina absolutamente bien equipada y un espacio muy acogedor para comer, cuenta con un paisaje encantador. Poco después de llegar sentíamos querernos quedar a vivir allí. A la villa no le falta nada, invita a relajarse y gozar. Buen trato y recibimiento.

Excelentes vacaciones

La casa fenomenal . Las vistas impresionantes tanto de dia como de noche un lugar supertranquilo para relajarse . No apto para a los q les va la marcha . La playa mas cercana a 19 mtos en coche en Oliva. La piscina fenomenal . El recibimiento que tuvimos fue estupendo no lo esperabamos con una cesta con vinos. Pan mermeladas. Y cafe . Tracy y su marido los encargados gente muy amable y Andrew el dueño aunque no está pero siempre respondiendo a las dudas que tuvimos . Ojala podamos repetir . Graciaaas

PERFECTA TRANQUILIDAD

Desde un primer momento, el contacto con el dueño del lugar, Andrew, ha sido muy cercano y fluido, con respuestas prácticamente inmediatas. Respecto a la casa, es incluso mejor de lo que habríamos esperado; con una muy buena distribución, camas y mobiliario muy cómodos, y equipada con todo lo necesario. Además de una piscina de tamaño considerable y con aguas cristalinas gracias a los encargados de su cuidado (que acudieron a la casa sin supones molestia alguna). Estamos seguros de que repetiríamos.
