Wonderful property to stay

My wife and I, our daughter’s family (3 grandchildren) had a wonderful time. very relaxing home to come home to after visiting Disney. The pool at the house was perfect for the 7 of us. The clubhouse pools and hot tubs were a very short walk away.

Nice place with bonuses

We had 4 adults and 1 preteen in the house and had way more than enough room. This is the first house that left snacks, water bottles, coffee and cleaning supplies. Little extras made this home a great place to stay. Neighbor is quite. Easy check-in and checkout process. Only negative is beds are not overly comfortable and home needs some updates but this place is still a 5 star. We will definitely stay there again.

We loved renting this townhome for our stay in Florida. The hosts definitely had made this place feel like a home! They had pool towels available, plenty of extra linens, and the kitchen was well stocked. They were even kind enough to leave some bottled water in the fridge and some snacks. It made us feel like our business was truly appreciated, and it was a lovely touch. They had dish washing soap, hand soap, and other household items available, which was AMAZING. Having access to the grill was awesome as well. I do wish the couches in the living room had been a bit more comfortable. But we would absolutely book this home again if we were coming to the area.

Winter Getaway

We were very comfy at this location; however, after communicating with Patricia we ended up relocating to another home of hers which was absolutely stunning. The generosity of supplies and cleanliness of both homes is over and above. I’ve never stayed in homes like Patricia’s. The beds are soo comfy, the kitchen is stocked with everything you could possibly need including snacks, the towels are abundant as is the laundry soap and fabric softener to do your laundry and the sitting area around the pool is so well organized as well as the supply of propane for the bbq. They supply pool accessories and a corn hole game that we enjoyed playing right in the lanai. I guarantee you will not be disappointed if you book a home with Patricia. She also supplies reading material, several choices of movies to watch, games to play and the tv selections are endless. Our family will definitely be going back to stay at Patricia’s homes.

Ok after long days at the parks

I was initially expecting a house, so I was a bit surprised to find a row of townhouses. There was plenty of space inside for our family, which was nice after a long day at the parks. Outside, the pool area seemed unkept. There were little ants everywhere, so we did not use the outside seating. The pool was nice, the kitchen area was nice, and the host was very responsive. Parking was an issue, as we had to park several townhouses down due to lack of spaces available near our rental. Overall, this property was ok; no major issues.

Week of escape

We were in town for Cheerleading Worlds and this was the perfect place to escape all things cheer. The owners we great at communicating even before we landed in Orlando. The house was just like it said and was comfy and inviting. After getting in past midnight we didn’t have time to go to the store. And we were greeted with cold bottled water and a couple of snacks. It was perfect. The pool was relaxing in the evenings when we would come back from cheer or the parks. The communication from the owners was probably the best that we have had. The house had everything we could possibly need to make meals.*only thing we could see being needed was a can opener * The neighborhood was clean and quiet. We didn’t get to use the resort amenities as there was not enough hours in our day. We did walk through them and they looked like fun. Overall, we would stay here again and recommend it to anyone.

Amazing space walking distance to all you need

Pros: The condo itself is awesome. Nice furniture and great relaxing areas for the whole family. Beds were comfy, living room and lanai were great for hanging, and the kitchen has pretty much anything you’d want (blender, pots, pans, big bowls, all utensils, ice maker). The place is very clean. Beach equipment was clutch! There is a wagon, cooler, beach towels, and 5 or so chairs. We had them loaded to hit all the other beaches nearby to drive to. Cons: communication. I think there are 4 groups involved in this property. Kaanapali Royal (the building itself), Maui Vacations, VRBO, and Whalers. I’d send a message about property on VRBO, and get an answer that they’d get back to me… and nothing. The front desk people said they had no idea about things inside the unit, that it was up to the owner, and just wanted us to pay for the $154 parking fee. And you also have to download a separate app for Maui Vacations to get any check in info. Very confusing. But that being said we loved the space and would definitely try to go here again! No Pack n’ Play for your infant. Most places we have rented have provided one, since taking that on the plan is pretty cumbersome. I asked a week before our trip and just said they’d ask. Day of getting there I asked again, again they said they’d ask. Still waiting to hear back. But if you don’t mind co-sleeping with your infant, you can rest assured you won’t have another oops vacation baby in 9 months.

Disney World Bachelorette

I booked this stay for my sister's Disney bachelorette weekend with five adults total staying at this property. Communication was great and access in and out of the property felt safe and convenient with only a 20 minute drive to the parks. The hosts provided extra touches to make our stay more comfortable and we really enjoyed soaking in the pool after a long day at the parks. If you're looking for a more affordable way to tackle Disney, this is a great way to go!
