Summerplace is a classic cottage-style oceanfront Full Duplex with central heat and air and.amazing ocean views in six of the eight bedrooms. Each side has 4 bedrooms and 2 baths and sleeps 9, separate kitchens and family rooms, so with the full property, you'll have a total of 8 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, and room to sleep a total of 18 people . Six of the eight bedrooms have amazing ocean views; there are bedrooms on both first and second levels! Plenty of room for family and friends. In addition to being just steps from the beautiful sandy beach, Summerplace boasts spacious upper and lower decks from which you can enjoy those amazing oceanfront views. Please note these are two units that do not connect, but both decks are connected with two deck tables. You can also choose to rent just one side or the other, they are separate, just ask me!

Along with quaint, cozy furnishings, and soothing coastal colors, so close to dining and shopping! We are on the very BEST part of the island, on the five thousand block with Publix groceries at the eight thousand block, Surfs Up and Bogue Inlet fishing pier just three miles away, tons of restaurants and shopping, and just a few miles from the North Caroline Aquarium at Pine Knoll Shores and Atlantic Beach attractions!

Each side has 5 smart TVs with Roku streaming and high-speed WiFi allowing you to stream from your favorite streaming account. Each side also has both Keurig and drip coffee pots, brand new Gotham Steel pots and pans, mixers and ice cream makers, toasters, dishwashers, full-depth fridge, and full-size washer and dryer, personal alarm clocks each bedroom, blow dryers in each bath, separate outdoor showers plus an additional THIRD shower and rinsing spigot on the walkway to the sand, USB ports, and ceiling fans in every room.

Additionally, we have provided sand toys, beach chairs, umbrellas, boogie boards, shibumis, bean bag toss and barbecue grills with charcoal so that everyone can enjoy a fun day on the beach without having to lug those items with you from home.

CLEANING FEE of $200 and a $150 linen fee are added at time of booking. We do NOT provide facilities for charging golf carts or electric vehicles. If you do use an outlet, guest takes full responsibility for outages or damage to your cart or vehicle.
