Beautiful Catalkoy villa

Our Villa is situated in the beautiful location of catalkoy in Northern Cyprus and is decorated to a high standard, with its own private pool and private walled garden
It is the perfect location with wonderful mountain views for the perfect get away.

Our villa is located on a quiet road and you are only a 10 minutes drive from the centre of Bellapais, a beautiful mountain village with unique shops and restaurants. Five minutes drive in the other direction takes you to supermarkets, bank cash points and the town center.


Getting here:
You have a choice of flying to Ercan airport (North Cyprus) with a transfer time of 25 minutes. Alternatively, for a wider choice of airlines, fly to Larnaca (South Cyprus) with a transfer time of 90 minutes. Airport transfers and car hire can be arranged

Kyrenia has a busy nightlife offering different cuisines, bars, clubs and casinos, all set against its stunning unspoilt Venetian harbour. The lively harbour cafe area, the historic centre of Kyrenia, is just 10 minutes drive. In the harbour you can book a round the island trip on Gumbet-style wooden boats

Lovely property

The decoration of this property was impeccable very modern and tasteful. The air cons worked well in the property. We really enjoyed our stay their and cannot fault the communication of the proprietors. We would suggest putting in a water fountain for ease. Thee only thing that was a shame was the mess and dumping ground leading up to the house. Thus said once on the property you cannot see a thing and it is quiet and secluded. Thee property was in a good place and you can easily walk o the shops and a few restaurants if a car was not available for a few days. Thank you so much. Ross and Claudia
