You can see the ocean from the front porch! The house is very clean and comfy. Well appointed and easy to maintain. Close to the main street and easy beach access We got our daily steps in! Definitely would stay here again.

You can’t beat the location and the house was perfectly fine. Could definitely use some updated amenities but it’s a comfortable and welcoming layout.

Only positive is the sunny deck with a partial ocean view. The home is furnished with old, tired mismatched junk & threadbare linens. The carpet has huge stains, many lights, fans etc aren’t functional, some dishes were dirty, no laundry detergent although check out procedures require laundry to be started.

Your notes about the furnishings, worn linens, stained carpet, nonworking lights and fans, dirty dishes, and the missing laundry detergent are all being taken very seriously. We will deep clean the carpet stains, repair fixtures, tighten cleaning checks for kitchenware, and ensure the detergent supply is restocked. The bathroom did not have any washcloths, so we had to buy some. We also bought kitchen towels, more laundry detergent, toilet paper and dishwasher tablets.The key box has seen its days and need to be replaced. I think salt and pepper should also be provided. There was also no ice made when we arrived. I used to be a cleaning lady for a hotel so this is a suggestion I would like to make.

Such a great cottage right off the beach and the ocean in view from the front porch. We absolutely loved the location. We were a family of 4 (kids 10 & 7) with a small dog. The size of the house was just perfect for us. Some reviews showed pics of older linens but everything was bright white and updated when we were there. We will definitely stay here again. The host was very responsive with questions and everything was smooth for check-in & check-out.

This home was perfect for our plans. We used this house as a home base while we explored the Oregon coast from Tillamook to Astoria. The home was equipped for our needs and relaxation. Only minutes from downtown Manzanita and steps to the beach. The beds were comfortable and living room placed for a relaxing evening after a hard day hiking. The house was clean with ample blankets on the cool nights. The kitchen is well equipped for the standard breakfast and dinner menus. We will be back.

Wonderful house and walking distance to the beach! We could hear and see the ocean from the deck. House was very comfortable and kitchen was reasonably stalked with utensils. We will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for wanting to be near a beautiful beach

It was the perfect getaway for a couple of days if you want to stay right near the beach. The place was a bit dated and small, but it was clean.

The Beach

Nice stay

We had a great time, location was PERFECT. Property was exactly as described. Knocked off one star for a 10am checkout. 11am would be 10x better on the last day of vacation.
