The condo is just right for the two of us and the view is great (the harbor seals on the opposite shore are a bonus!) Comfortable bed and great cooffee!

My wife and I were looking for a one-night getaway from McMinville and this hit the spot. The condo was exactly as described with a beautiful view of the bay.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was close to everywhere we wanted to go. The only downside was the shower wouldn’t turn to hot water. Otherwise, it was a cute and cozy place to stay.

We have stayed here several times and love the property and location. The shower in this unit needs some attention, but they scheduled maintenance to address it.

One of the best views around, super cute and comfortable apartment. We really enjoyed our stay. Access to the beach was perfect and we could walk to mo’s for lunch. Watching the wild life was truly memorable.

Great experience, wonderful views of water and easy access to beach. Very clean and has everything you need. Only down fall, arrived 1 hour before check in, was delayed entry for 2 more hours, luckily Lincoln city is beautiful!

It’s all about the location here. Walk to bay, beach, Taft district shops, glass blowing and restaurants. Gorgeous view from condo. Living room furniture was not too comfy but bed was pretty good.
Stayed last year 2022. Nice place to stay. Little outdated furniture. The area in front is a bay, so you only see water during full tide, else its sandy and you can walk as well.
We rented this unit because of the view and the third floor balcony. The deck and chairs had bird poop all over them and the two pigeons had made a nest and were always there continually pooping on everything. Disgusting. Nobody had check the unit for readiness weeks before our stay and the whole wedding anniversary was just a total disappointment and a waste of a lot of money. Very angry.
Chilly 🥶 as the small wall heater was not sufficient, but I did turn the oven on and opened the door to help it warm up. I don’t believe it got above 70° in the dwelling. Granted there was a ❄️🌬winter storm warning ⚠️ for the entire weekend and for the majority of the west coast.
Close to Mo's! Ya gotta eat there!
I would stay again for sure!

Stunning Views of Siletz Inlet
Rating Details:
The property manager was very helpful.
The vacation rental was very clean.
I was very happy with the location.
I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental.
Overall, I recommend this vacation rental.
Reviewer Comments:
The ability to grab a cup of morning coffee and stroll directly from the condo along the sandy shore of Siletz Inlet all the way to the surf is priceless. Viewing sunset from the back lanai was a gift. I especially loved the kitchen arrangement - wide open and while I cooked I was part of the conversation - and the view.

View was great!
Property was clean. Throw rugs were a nuisance but understand why they were put down. Bath tub faucet was constantly leaking. There were no instructions as to where used linens were to be placed because there was no laundry.

Great location - old property needs updating
The location of property, check in and communication with manager was all great. We don’t notice from photos that property was so outdated. Throw rugs were everywhere over the carpet. Uncomfortable futon was provided as sofa, along with old chairs. Bed not comfortable and pillows flat. Shower head and towels good. We expect a lot and certainly missed the boat on this one. It wouldn’t take much to make this a 5 star.

Hi Jody! We are glad you enjoyed the location of our rental, but we are sorry you were not fully satisfied. We appreciate your feedback, and will share your comments with our local property team to see how we can improve.
The description on the website was very accurate. The room was dated, but very clean. The room was also very quiet. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
Pros:
Clean and quiet.
Nicely sized for 2 people.
Nice view of bay.
Nice location in Lincoln City.
Designated covered parking spot for the room.
Cons:
No air conditioning. The room was VERY warm when we first showed up. But with the help of a solid coastal breeze, we were able to cool the room down in the evening, and keep it cool for the 3 days we stayed. While the fresh air was nice in the room, having to open and close the windows/patios doors was a hassle. And it left us open to noise AND SMOKE from the beach.
Private beach. The beach was not 100% private, there were very few non-residents using the beach. Two of the three nights we stayed, another group of tenants ran a fire right below our room. Meaning we had to close the patio door, or be 'smoked out'. There was a posted sign saying not to build a fire so close to the building, but there was no enforcement either. (Not really our property owners fault).
We recommend the room.

Hi Eric! We are glad you enjoyed your stay; however, we are sorry you encountered a few issues. We appreciate your feedback, and would like to note that the home does not list AC as an available amenity. Had we been notified, we would have gladly dropped off a box fan to provide some additional comfort. We value your booking, and hope we have the opportunity to host you again!
The posting was spot on. Great location very clean rental. Great parking spot right in front. Great views of the bay.

Thank you for the 5-star review! We're so glad the home met your expectations and that you found it so clean and the parking easy. We hope you visit us again soon.
This place was exactly what we were looking for. The bay is nice for the kids to play with less worry and within 5 minute walking distance to the main beach. It was nice to have our own assigned parking space.
Condo was clean and extra bedding available. Futon worked well for my toddler. It was a little stuffy when we first got there but airs out easily once you open the door. Front room chairs are a little worn but quite comfortable. Having the kitchen helped reduce expenses of eating out, but The restaurant down the road does pick up which was super helpful with small kids.
Got a couple text messages just to check if we needed anything which was nice. We would definitely book here again
This place isn't perfect, but it's a bargain. The interior looked new, the couch and chairs did not. They are just worn out. It also has a surprisingly small tv. But that's all the bad. Steps from the sand, walk under the pier at Mo's and your watching the seals sun themselves across the bay. Plenty of great places to walk on the beach. Great food in walking distance. Melo's Taqueria Has the absolute best burger in town, and crazy good street tacos. It's mostly take-out but there are a few tables.
My wife and I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

Outdated
Condo smelled a bit and was very outdated and not very clean.
My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon as dreams of Cancun were canceled due to COVID.
Pros:
- The condo felt clean, entry/access was easy, no contact.
- This condo is right on the beach, walking distance to Moe's, close to the outlet mall, Depoe Bay, and the casino.
- You are right on the water of the Siletz Bay. Lots of wildlife to watch, seeing the tide go in and out, pelicans and sea lions playing in the surf right outside the window.
- It was very quiet and peaceful.
- We used the fireplace as it was pouring rain two of the four days we stayed there. It was cozy and serene.
- The kitchen had most of the items we needed to prepare our own meals.
- Great water pressure in the shower.
- We liked the extra vanity area, we each had our own sink and area at which to get ready.
- Management was very responsive, we text them and they responded promptly.
Cons:
- Upon entry, the condo was a bit musty, but we opened the doors and this was remedied quickly.
- The condo decor and furniture is very dated, think late 1980's, and poorly arranged. A small investment into some different furniture could really update the look/feel of the condo.
- The couch was not comfortable, it was small, shallow, and very firm. The two lounge chairs provided were not much better.
- There were several small things we noticed right off the bat: old ice trays that were disintegrating, an area on the front door that looked like someone tried to get in with a crow bar, the dead bolt does not work, the bathroom door handle needs tightening, the fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling (I'm not sure if it was dismantled? There was a CO2 monitor that was working.), the curtains were obviously old hotel curtains that had been patched, and the TV is quite small, also its speakers are blown, which was annoying on the rainy days when we wanted to watch TV, the largest burner on the stove did not work. We sent pictures and video to the management company who offered to send out maintenance. We declined, just wanting to let them know that these items were like that before we arrived.
- The fake plants are awkwardly placed, I actually bumped my head into the two in the bedroom several times.
Overall, this was a peaceful place to stay for four nights. Unfortunately, the bed wasn't to my husband's comfort, although I didn't mind it's softness. With a bit of updating furniture, TV, and decor, we wouldn't mind going back.
