You will find a holiday home with a combined living/dining room for 4-5 persons, 2 bedrooms, 1 bath / WC, a large, sheltered terrace in the immediate vicinity of the beach (60 m)) which allows you a relaxing and comfortable holiday. A large garden grill and an enormous roof terrasse (both shared) are available . You do not need a car, as all shopping facilities are within walking distance and the town center is only a few hundred meters away.

My parents also loved Guardamar and decided to construct a house to live here for most of the year. After long years of stay abroad, I returned to my beloved Guardamar and look after my guests if they wish so..
