Legacy #303 is a west corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 3 bath condominium located on the 3rd floor overlooking the Gulf of Mexico. The unit is approximately 1324 sq ft with views of the gulf from the living room area. The condo has a fully equipped kitchen with washer and dryer. There are 3 full baths. The master has an en suite bathroom with a jetted tub and separate shower. The 2nd bedroom has an en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo and the hall bath has a tub/shower combo as well. Sleeps 8. No winter monthly(s)

Legacy is a 9 story building with 3 units per floor located 1.3 miles West of Highway 59 in Gulf Shores. Legacy has an outdoor seasonal pool with waterfall. The property also has a barbeque grilling area. 2 car limit.

A Great Little Getaway!

The condo was amazing and in a perfect location. Quick and easy access to the beach and the perfect view of the ocean from the balcony. The property was clean and spacious enough for our family of 5. We would definitely stay here again!

Fun time on the beach

From the moment we checked in and got our keys to the short drive from that office to the unit. Beautiful! Amazing experience! I can't begin to hype up how great this property was. Definitely would like to stay here again.

The condo was nice and the location was excellent. However, the floors were so dirty that anyone walking barefooted had almost black soles. I mopped the floors but couldn’t do anything about the dirty rugs.

Condo needs updates!

This condo is in desperate need of new furniture. The furniture is old and worn. The recliner is ready to lose an arm. The fold out bed from the couch is terrible.The Legacy complex is nice.

Great Stay right on the beach

We enjoyed our stay at the property, it was just the right size for my husband and I with our three teens. We enjoyed the balcony in the mornings and evenings, and felt that it was the perfect height to still be able to feel like we were close to the beach (vs being really high up). The beach itself was kind of small in front of the property, but you could walk a little way and have more space. It wasn't the most updated property, and some of the furniture could use some updating, or cleaning, but it was reflected in the price, which seemed very reasonable. The master bed was comfortable and we slept well.

The only thing that I wish was different is that the condo had a keyless entry with a door code vs having to carry a key everywhere.

One mild blip, the local pest control representative let himself in our unit one morning and surprised us. We would definitely stay in this unit again. We met one of the HOA members and she was so very helpful and accommodating.

Beautiful beach

The condo was fantastic. Had plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids (ages 16, 12, and 7). Location had us close to everything. Condo was clean and exactly as described. Beds were comfortable. We had a slight problem with hot water in one of the bathrooms but the host responded quickly. We opted not to have it addressed until after we left since the other bathrooms were working perfectly and it wasn't a big enough issue to worry about. I have no doubt it would have been corrected if we'd asked. Fantastic stay and we would definitely return!

I suggest perhaps provide fans. Of corse, the temps were high 90’s all week. Because the complex is small and very close to the water there are very few steps from car to elevator and condo and few steps from condo to beach.

Shrimp Festival weekend with no Shrimp Festival

The rest of our stay was OK. The family area and balcony view were outstanding. The master bedroom end of the condo was warmer due to AC compressors right outside of door and elevator hot hot.

Family vacation 2022

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first time renting this particular unit at the legacy, however, we have been renting here every year for at least 10 years. The pictures in the ads make it look over bright and colorful, we were pleasently surprised with just the right amount of color and the shrimp fest posters were so fun. As always gulf shores rentals was helpful and easy to work with although the housekeeping seems a little lacking this time. We actually bought a swifer to mop ourselves. Overall really good trip. We will do it again next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was just as advertised and we loved it! Perfect for 4 of us--love that there are 3 bathrooms so no overcrowding there. We did notice that the beachfront at Legacy was even shorter than it was last time we stayed...we got chairs out early and it was not a problem, and for elderly people like my mom, that cannot walk far in the sand, it is actually ideal if you are ok with some close beach neighbors. The location in Gulf Shores could not be any better--eating places and quick groceriy within walking distance, everything else is an easy drive! Our only suggestion---owners need to replace light bulbs in bedroom ceiling fixtures or get them fixed--none worked. We will certainly put this condo on our list of places to come back to!

Just do umbrellas I guess. We needed a canopy mainly because we had two little ones. The unit only had a couple of small issues. Would recommend gulf shores for family's with older children. It was really hard for us because we had little ones.

Great Stay!

This condo is probably the best we have stayed in in years! Large and accommodating, so there is plenty of space for the adults to relax and the kids to play. The large balcony was our favorite spot to begin and end the days. We will definitely be back!
