Perfect Getaway

This cabin was the perfect getaway for our Anniversary. The hot tub and jacuzzi tub were my favorite amenities. They weren’t lying when they said the driveway is steep but we went in June and I have a Nissan Altima and made it up just fine. The cabin was clean. There are other cabins around but it still felt very secluded, which is what we were looking for. It was only 20ish minutes to Pigeon Forge and 30ish minutes to Gatlinburg. I would definitely recommend this cabin and will be going back in the future.

Daniel and Ashley are the best owners we have ever had, they make sure everything is ready and go out of their way to make sure you have an amazing stay. We will keep returning to their cabin. We love it.

Anniversary Trip

We enjoyed a few days away for our 15th anniversary. The cabin was so nice, especially the double sided fireplace in the bedroom. We had some cooler weather, so the fireplace and hot tub were so nice! Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay

We had a lovely time at the cabin. It was just as described. Very clean and comfortable. On a side note, would recommend Mama’s Farmhouse for breakfast, lunch or dinner.

The building and the property is in a beautiful setting and very nice however our Jacuzzi bathtub did not work it barely even ran our glassware was cracked and broke Overall very nice vacation but I really wish the bathtub jet tub inside was working and the fireplace was able to run wasn’t as romantic as I thought it would be for me and my girlfriend

My new husband and I started here for a week on our honeymoon. The cabin itself was fine but it was NOT clean... there was hair and dirt all over floors. We had to sweep the first night of our honeymoon. The dishes were dirty with food and grease... we basically had to wash, wipe, or clean anything before using it. And the trash can was very smelly. I don’t care if things are a little old or used, which was true about this cabin... but I cannot stand a dirty place. Couldn’t feel comfortable because of it.

Nice Stay with some issues

The cabin was very nice and my wife and I enjoyed it very much to celebrate our 24th wedding anniversary. However, there were only a few minor complaints. Some of the dishes were not clean and I feel the owners should replace the current pots and pans as they are all scratched up which are not good for people to use. The barstools that were provided to sit on (the only place you could sit and eat) were hard and if you are prone to a bad back these were very uncomfortable. Finally, the spa tub was not really working well. This is nothing that the owners can help but be careful driving up the road to the cabin it is very bumpy and filled with holes and is only one lane so if you are coming or going and someone is doing the same one of you will have to back up. On the positive side: The shower was great, the hot tub was wonderful, the bed was comfortable, and the view was pretty good.

Really nice and secluded

Nice modern cabin. They don’t lie when they say you need to be mindful of your vehicle if you’re coming in the winter! We will be back if this place is available next year.

Missing the mountain view!

The description says mountain view. No mountain view at all! The road is very narrow. would be difficult for two way traffic. The cabin is beautiful. Beds are very broke in. Pay attention to location if you are looking to go to Gatlinburg or pigeon forge. It is quite the drive. Is perfect for Wears Valley attractions.

Beautiful Cabin

The pictures don't do this place justice! It is absolutely amazing. Very clean and everything is well stocked. Check in and check out is a snap! When we arrived, there was a goody bag with bottled water, microwave popcorn and granola bars all in a cute Gatlinburg backpack and Gatlinburg can coozies. I only have two cons, one not staying longer!!! The second and final is the grill would not light.

The cabin perfect

The cabin was just like the pictures. We had a great stay. The only downfall about the cabin was the driveway getting to the cabin was a little steep and very hard to pass others if coming or going. The fireplace in the master bedroom did not work and if it did we could not figure out how to turn on. Also, the cabin that is above this cabin could see into the hot tub from their porch. If the hot tub was on the other end of the porch, I think it would give more privacy.

Anniversary weekend.

My wife and I try to stay somewhere new every Fall for our anniversary. This cabin was very comfortable for the two of us. The description is pretty accurate, the only that was lacking was the view I believe that over the years the trees have grown taller thus blocking the view. The location is great and close to alot but far enough away for some seclusion just be ready for a steep drive up.

Perfect cabin for honeymoon

The location of this cabin is perfect. The cabin was very clean and updated. However two things... there is a very steep driveway getting to it that is rough for a car and there is no Mountain View like the listing says. There probably was at one time but with trees growing it doesn’t exist anymore.

Wonderful cabin

The cabin was wonderful. My fiancé and I had such an amazing time staying here. The road did make us a bit uneasy because when it rained it made it very hard to go slowly down the steep road, but other than that, we had no issues or complaints!

Paid for but couldn’t get in the cabin

Never got into the cabin. Couldn’t reach anyone manager or VRBO. The house code was never sent to us. We drove from half way across the country to stay but a simple code was never sent to us and nobody could be reached on phone or email. Do Not Recommend! Nothing like 2 crying kids in the backseat at night on top of a unfamiliar mountain.
