Beach Home With Breathtaking Sunsets & Ocean Views - Family & Pet Friendly

Our beachfront home is perfect for family and friend gatherings. Spend your days lounging on the beach and soaking in some island sun while enjoying the Gulf breeze. Direct beach access just a few steps away. After fun in the sun, wash away the sand in the outdoor shower with hot & cold water. Grill and chill downstairs with a BBQ grill and picnic table. Guests and kids can enjoy the outdoors while protected from the sun. Open decks on the 2nd and 3rd floor and 2nd floor screened in porch!

The entry level has two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The 1st bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The 2nd bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with 3 twin beds and 1 full bed. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, full bath & a private deck with gorgeous ocean views. The living room has 2 queen-sized sleeper sofas and is a perfect place for family time. Sleeps 13 comfortably!

Relax and watch the waves roll in from the screened-in patio while enjoying morning coffee, afternoon meals or an evening drink. Watch the beautiful sunset and enjoy the soundtrack of the beach. This level of the home also has an outdoor porch so you can layout and soak up the sun, read a book, or enjoy the sea breeze and listen to the calming sounds of the surf.

Whether you want to take a moonlit stroll on the beach or build sandcastles with the kids, CoCo Villa is a place you will make wonderful beach memories and enjoy all that Galveston has to offer.

Perfect for families

We loved the split level! Plenty of space & very comfortable. Our favorite was the primary room with its own balcony, so peaceful. The kitchen is well stocked. 10/10 would stay again!!

Perfect spot to feel at home

We had a wonderful time. This place has it all. The bedrooms were clean and comfy.the air quality inside was crisp and pleasant. Omg the high ceiling in the living room was nice to kick back on the couch and feel the open space. The kitchen was full and had everything you need for cooking and grilling..oh by the way the gas grill was a plus (new). Beach is right there . Plenty of open space for family fun. We enjoyed the enclosed patio area and so will you. Full amenities from kitchen to bathrooms. Top floor deck/patio was amazing view. We wanted to stay another day. To conclude; we Couldn’t ask for a better host. Friendly, communicative, and made sure we enjoyed our time. 10 out of 10
