Comfortably sleeps up to 8, with plenty of room to socialize. All new beds, furnishings, and hot tub - along with a fire pit, outdoor grill and picnic table. Especially well suited to groups. Limo service to wineries, in-cottage massages, bike and boat rentals available. The Outlet hiking/biking trail is 10 minutes away. Central location to all nearby small towns. 7 minutes to 24-hour supermarket, movie theater, shops, golf, restaurants, gas, horseback riding, and the best lake access park in the Finger Lakes. The cottage is meticulously maintained and pet friendly, and serves as either the perfect romantic honeymoon getaway or family lake vacation. We are the highest rated accommodation in this area every year.

We have a large family grew up in the area and over time has acquired several cottages and a small boutique motel, We own and run the business ourselves and take great pride in offering quality accommodations that are extremely clean and comfortable - and are well designed and maintained. All our accommodations are located in the heart of the vineyards and wineries .

This cottage came to our attention by word of mouth because it exemplified the qualities we feel have great appeal to our guests. It is in a great location and a beautiful natural setting. We know our guests will feel relaxed and peaceful, and be able to enjoy themselves at a reasonable cost, and without disappointment.
What makes this property unique
One acre very private wooded setting with a lovely natural creek, while only 7 minutes from the nearest town, where there are numerous shops, restaurants, gas stations, a 24-hour super market, a movie theater, and access to the Outlet Trail for hiking and biking
