Everything was clean, comfortable beds, overall great stay. I would suggest having a printed copy of the rental notes with more clear directions on what needs to be done prior to check out. Also, having to strip the beds is one thing, but having to wash it and have it in the dryer before leaving is a bit much, especially when check out is by 10:30. Definitely not a must, but a huge plus would be having a box fan available for those who need to sleep with one (we forgot ours and had to run and buy one)

Overall, our weekend stay at the Little Blue House was great! The location and accommodations were perfect, and the house has been nicely updated. Our only complaint was putting the linens through the laundry. We were packed and ready to go but had to wait another 1/2 hour for the second load to be in the dryer before we could leave. I would assume that laundry would be part of the cleaning fee charged. However, we would definitely stay at this property again...well worth the price.

The house was perfect for what we needed - a clean, updated, comfortable place to relax after running around sightseeing all day! I wish we were there in warmer weather, as the back deck and yard looked great to hang out with family.

Location was perfect for our activities in and around Glen Arbor. Everything was clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was very quiet and the neighborhood deer were entertaining. We would absolutely come back.
