Balconies are off limits during the same time frame for safety reasons.

You'll enjoy an elegant bedroom (Queen bed) with smart flat screen TV, balcony access and in-suite master bathroom with his and hers vanity. Have kids or additional guests? The second bedroom features two full beds with balcony access, and armoire with flat screen TV.

Relax in the living room after a great day at the beach with two very comfy couches, a large armoire with a smart flat screen TV, and additional seating with a view! You'll also find a dining table with seating, perfect for small group dinners. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the essential dishware and appliances such as stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, dishwasher, disposal and plenty of storage.

Start your day off right sitting out on the balcony with a cup of coffee. Our balcony provides stunning ocean views all day with lots of natural light. The large wraparound balcony can be accessed from both bedrooms as well as from the living room. When you're ready to hit the pool or the beach just jump into the elevator and head on down to the ground level. You'll find access to an exercise room and the very well-maintained pool area with patio furniture, tables, chairs, and lounge chairs at your disposal. Beach access is available directly off of the pool area, making this the absolutely perfect location for your beach vacation! A few beach chairs and umbrella with kids beach toys are also available in the assigned parking garage space.

There is a 6 night minimum rental, any special circumstances please ask. For Monthly or any other duration please send me a message.
Please be advised that a photo copy of ID of the staying guest making the booking will need to be provided to the owner after booking for check-in process. Instructions will follow after booking. Please note that Beach towels are not provided. Each guest will have a set of bath towels for their use for the duration of the stay. A coin operated Washer and Dryer are available on the same floor a few steps from the condo entrance (bring quarters). No Trailers or RV Campers of any kind are allowed on the property.
Common Areas of the condominium complex is closely monitored by CCTY for the security of all occupants of the condominium.
