Nick's Place is the Only holiday house right on Agnes Water Beach - Sit back and listen to the surf whilst relaxing in the serene area of this quaint beach house. A secluded and private location set back from the road, literally on the dunes of Agnes Water beach. This 2 bedroom beach house offers the perfect location for a stunning beachfront getaway.

Set within one acre of beautiful sub-tropical coastal vegetation, this elegantly renovated original 1960s beach house features polished hardwood floors, modern open plan living and expansive veranda, the perfect environment for a happy carefree beach holiday with no crowds. Sit back on the ocean front facing veranda and let the cooling sea breezes caress you. Wander down to the beach along the private track for a surf or swim and enjoy the simple pleasures of an outdoor shower on your return.

The beachfront bungalow has an open plan fully self- contained kitchen, dining and lounge with internal bedroom providing 2 single beds, plus an additional bedroom with queen sized bed, main bathroom and laundry accessible separate via the back veranda. The property is air conditioning in both the house and main bedroom
The property provides accommodation for four people and is not fenced.

Relaxing stay in a beach shack.

Loved the seclusion and proximity to the beach. Found the bedroom and bathroom being located on the verandah a little chilly at night, being winter, but manageable. Excellent kitchen and outside eating area. Clean and comfortable.

Spectacular House on the beach

Was the first time staying at Nick’s place but it certainly won’t be the last. The only house so close to the beach at Agnes Waters. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We are truly going to miss waking up and sitting on the back porch overlooking the beach drinking our coffee. Fantastic house and can’t wait to come back.

Lovely Agnes Water.

Great property overall, excellent location, typical beach house, kitchen and bathroom renovated, excellet water pressure, hws and lighting, a/c installed. Towels and linen all supplied. Only downfalls, tank rain water from kitchen tap but vile taste, take bottled water to drink, full crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, everything you need, however, not one item like cooking oil, salt or pepper, not even a sachet of coffee, bring EVERYTHING you need to cook with or get it from the Foodworks. Couple of maintenance issues like non functioning sliding fly wire back door, in and out ten times a day, got annoying, electrical tape on one side of kitchen window attached to window metal frame, 1990’s video cassette player/dvd combo in house which should be dumped at the tip, another dvd player seems fine though, amplifier rusted from sea air right across the back.

Excellent weekend getaway!

Perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a coastal holiday. Comfortable bed, nice modern kitchen and bathroom. Beautiful view of the beach which is a couple of metres walk from the back patio. Very close to town. We hope to return soon!

Overall a brilliant vacation house. We loved sitting on the private deck watching the surf. The house is very comfortable but we found having the adults bedroom separate to the house and the kids room a bit unsettling, but that might just be the over protective parenting coming out in us. The main swimming and surfing area is about 800M walk along the beach. Would stay again.

Great spot, weirdly configured house

We loved our holiday in Agnes Water and Nicks Place is in a fantastic spot with amazing views. However we did not know that the main bedroom and the bathroom/toilet could only he accessed from outside the main house. This was fine during the day time, but at night with all the bugs, and any rain, you get wet going to the bathroom and have to fight your way through all the moths and bugs. For someone who is NOT a friend of insects, this was horrible!!! All in all though, apart from that, we enjoyed our stay here and the rest of the house is great. Just a bit overpriced for an outside toilet and outside bedroom.
