The neighborhood is super fun! Close to everything. From the Airport to Greenbelt, Glorietta and Walter Mart to taking a grab to BGC or MOA. If you want to shop for cool stuff then go to Green Hills or Quiapo where you can get some good old Filipino crafts and imported items. Plenty of night life and chill life if you choose. I enjoy going to the Indian Restaurant next door or the Japanese across the street. Fo

My little surf shack is what I call it. Super fun and Cali surf vibe that you will feel you are in a zen environment. It’s got a good vibration feel.
