This condo features an updated kitchen with granite counter tops, gas fireplace, and flat screen TV. The balcony faces the Fraser River with beautiful mountain views. It can comfortably sleep 4 with a king size bed in the bedroom and a pullout sofa in the living room. There is a nicely updated full kitchen that is equipped with everything you need to make a great meal. New TV in the living room with a DVD player for movies. The location of this unit cannot be beat as you are just a minutes walk from being on the mountain, enjoying Starbucks or relishing in one of the many great restaurants featured at the base.

This property uses the Triple Sheet Method where we use two sheets to encase the comforter. This sheet-made duvet cover gets washed between each and every guest to provide an extra clean sleeping experience.

Zephyr Mountain Lodge has four hot tubs, a fitness room, heated underground parking, ski lockers, onsite ski shops, restaurants, shopping and an ice skating rink (seasonal). Coin operated washers and dryers are located on each floor. This Condo is located on 3rd floor in Riverside building facing The Village and Continental Divide.

For our fellow mountain bike lovers: we are very sorry, but management does not allow bicycles stored inside condos or on balconies. To prevent mud and chain oil damage to our carpets, as well as handle bar scratches on the walls; we must kindly ask you to not store bikes inside the condo. We are working with the HOA of all our properties to figure out bike storage in the long term as our mountain sports grow in popularity. Thank you for your understanding.

The resort base village includes the lifts for skiing/boarding/mountain biking, snow tubing, hiking, ice skating, shopping, dining, scheduled entertainment, and other attractions including several summer activities. The swimming pool and gym are just 4.1 miles away at the Grand Park Rec Center with multiple swimming pools, a waterslide, full gym with indoor track, huge rock climbing wall, gymnasium, and children's playground. The Foundry is next door to the Rec Center with a bowling alley, movie theater and brick oven pizza bar. Safeway grocery store is 5.6 miles away in the town of Fraser.
